Ah yeah … best of luck finding that Mac18 Triple at a good price.

I found the the Sherry Oak significantly better than the triple or double wood.
I think the sherry oak is the worst lol, easily eclipsed by cheaper offerings from Glenfarclas or Aberlour.

I personally think none of the core 12 range are worth the money. But if I had to have one it would be the sherry oak.
I remember buying this for under $100 when 30% discounts were common on alcohol deals
bought 3, then got a message today from seller saying they dont have any stock in their main warehouse and they are looking for stock in other warehouses which says there is stock.
I think stock is getting harder to find for the triple cask series.
I know Dan Murphys and many local retailers dont have them anymore.

btw i wasnt aware that they changed their bottling few years back. i had one of these in the fine oak bottle that I got as a present 6+years ago. I finally opened it for my bday thinking its only a $130 bottle. boy was I wrong.I got mine from here last time from here but they had like 10 bottles left. Website still says its in stock.
