@GYB, yes clarification on above is very important. Can you match the all categories cash back given by Cash Rewards earlier this week? It would be great if you could.

    • +6

Yep, that's all good, just amended the title to make that known.

      • +1

        Thank-you for clarification! Great deal.

      • +2

So if purchasing from 0% category we will qualify for the $5 bonus, but no base Cashback? Just the $5?

      • So… yes or no? Could have been a one word answer.

        • +1

All categories are eligible as per updated title so yes, we will be able to get the bonus from any category

        • Yep means yes

  • +1

Can I buy $50 amazon gift card and receive $5 bonus?

    • +3

      Usually not eligible

Cashback is ineligible for Prime membership subscription purchases, Gift Cards, Kindle Unlimited, Mobile Apps, Audible, Echo Accessories, Kindle Acces

  • Thanks.

  • Can we use gift card as payment method and still receive this bonus?

    • +3

      Gift card -> Yes

      Promotional Credit -> No

      • Thanks

      • It is not clearly stated in the T&Cs though.

      • How about those seller vouchers?

      • The T&Cs don't mention promotional credit is not eligible?

        • In SB website T&Cs. I don't think I have ever seen promo credits eligible for cashback in the past, and if yes it would be a very rare occurrence.

Cashback is ineligible when products are Returned, Exchanged, Cancelled, OR use promo/voucher codes not listed on ShopBack

          • @Lucille Bluth: So I have a $5 promotional credit which I got from buying the recent $75 Amazon gift card. If I use that towards payment does that make the entire purchase ineligible?

            • +2

@jussie2000: Yes, makes it ineligible. So don't tick the promo credit when paying for your purchase.

  • So $55 inc-GST spend? Use of gift cards as payment method ineligible?

    • +3

No just $50. It will usually say $45.45 to go.

      • Cool thanks

  • +1

Capped $5 and only once is allowed is disappointing.

  • +6

GYB, can you confirm if 7OFFPICKUP is permitted please?

    • Also curious

      • +3

Hey mates, so usable codes for Cashback with Amazon will be listed on our website and on the Amazon page on our app, right now it doesn't look as though there are any codes stackable with Cashback, I'm afraid!

        • Any eBay offers coming up in the next few days?

    • And ECHODOT2 ?

  • If I use a 20% off Amazon voucher code on an item, and the final price after voucher deductions is greater than $50, would this be eligible for the $5 bonus?

    • Hey mate, nah so the vouchers function like a discount code, so the tracked amount of Cashback would be based on the amount after the voucher is applied.

      • I see, so it would still be eligible. Just that the tracked cashback will be based on the amount after the voucher is applied.

  • is it not active till tomorrow to enroll ?
    i cant find it yet

    • +2

      It is located in app

Earn More > Brand Challenges > $5 Amazon Australia Cyber Monday challenge

      • ok restarting the app seems to have fixed it

  • +1

Not quite as nice as upsized sitewide cashback, but still a pretty good bonus.

    • Hoping there's a further announcement tmr….

  • +5

I've been waiting for ShopBack's Amazon offer for Black Friday/Cyber Monday but hardly worth the wait. I thought something comparable to Cashrewards' offer of 15% cashback on all categories capped at $20 would be forthcoming. Very disappointing IMO.

Edit: Last year was 10% cashback on Amazon for all categories capped at $25 - only for 2 hours though - but not limited to 10,000 opt ins.

    • I wonder if there will be another cashrewards deal, i didnt use the previous one, i want to buy something now.

  • Thanks GYB! Added to the BCMT for tracking purposes

  • @gotyourback pls check your pm sent you a message thanks

  • Cheers!

  • Might wait to see if my Black Friday order on eBay tracks on Shopback before I launch into this one!

  • +1

    Works for S&S?

    • Keen to know this

      • same

        • +1

So ongoing Subscribe and Save orders won't be valid, but any new Subscribe and Save purchase should be fine, Cashback will only be based on the first payment, none following.

          • @gotyourback: Hey mate, so if I used s&s in the past but cancelled the subscription.

If I make a new order with s&s, will I get the bonus along with the normal cashback ?

            • @SydOzber: would like to know the same!

            • +1

@SydOzber: from my past experience, you will still get cashback, hence bonus as well.

  • So sub&save as ineligible again?

  • It doesn’t specifically exclude it in the T&Cs so assume buying from third party sellers on Amazon AU (whether or not shipped by Amazon) is eligible?

    • +1

Provided it's on Amazon Australia, it should be fine.

  • What is with the recent change to Queues?
    Why can't we just enroll

    • Hey mate, allows more people to see the deal before hand, so it gives more folks an equal chance to enrol in case you're not online at the time.

      • +1

Once you 'queue' you're guaranteed a spot though right?

        • -1

No lol, otherwise it would be a sign up.

@gotyourback why not just advertise it as starting on a certain time, I don't want to have to log back in multiple times.

          • @Jessie Ryder: Are you sure? What does it actually do then? When I click queue it says:

"You got one of the 10,000 limited slots". Good luck!"

Seems pretty locked in to me?

  • Does this also apply to pre-orders?
Eg. I make an order tomorrow for a pre-order game that will be released in a month, will this be tracked in the challenge?

    Thanks.

    @gotyourback

    • Yes eligible. As long as shipped within 60 days

  • do we need to clear out the cart/wishlist for this to work?

    • Always best practice to, just to help with tracking!

      • Hey messaged you a few times still no reply, can you pls follow up on my deliveroo refund ? Thanks

        • Aren't we all waiting for some news from SB?

          • @bob19: I saw some people already received their refund like a week ago by PM gotyourback, however I haven’t had any update and already provided all the required documents as instructed by ShopBack. Not sure why he is not responding to my message as I lost around $200 for the deliveroo gift cards

            • +2

@ozvictor: Hey mate, am doing my absolute best and will get back to everyone ASAP.

  • Limited to one bonus per customer…ShopBack or amazon member?

  • missed out on Yoshi's Crafted World $59 yesterday

  • Thanks op

  • Thanks OP.

Would this work with a game pre-order? Looking at getting The Callisto Protocol but it's not out until Friday.

    • Read my comment 7 up. Yes, cashback will be eligible. FWIW even with cashback still cheaper at HN if you feel like supporting the devil.

      • +2

Ah sorry, missed that one. Thank you

  • -1

Op, Does it work with Subscribe & Save?

    • +2

      rep already replied:

"So ongoing Subscribe and Save orders won't be valid, but any new Subscribe and Save purchase should be fine, Cashback will only be based on the first payment, none following."

      • thanks

  • +1

lets hope for a decent additional cyber monday % increase :)

  • Are all slots taken already? Can't find it in app?

Nvm found it on the home page of the app!

  • +1

Thanks but will pass this time, already got stuff from amazon during CR sale time

  • +1

    As per:

Once you've enrolled, click 'Earn More' on the bottom bar of our App > then scroll down to the 'Perks' tab.

@gotyourback any suggestions as to how we get the 'Perks' tab to become visible? I'm enrolled in the OzBargain Perks Partnership and restarted the app, but nothing shows.

    • +1

Same problem here. Have used the ongoing button at the top to access OzB perks but no sign of this deal there. Also seem to be on the latest version according to Play store.

      • Well I'm glad it's not just me. I'm also on the latest version of the app (iOS) so that's two platforms it doesn't seem to be working on.

        • +1

Just tried again and found it through a cyber monday popup and some associated pasge. Still couldn't see it in perks.

        • +2

I don’t see “perk” tab either, using iOS the latest app.
But I managed to found it at the bottom of the “home”.
Go check and see if you can find it too.

          • @7ing: Hey all, totally my bad there, I inputted the wrong instructions. You can claim outside of "Perks", it's just in the Earn More tab under "Even more challenges".

            • @gotyourback: For some people (including myself) it is actually under Monthly challenges on the home menu.

  • Its shwoing "Queue"

    • Only went live at midnight to opt-in, should be right now!

      • I didn't see anything to opt-in after midnight, i trusted your customer care and bought after midnight 😁

      • I opted in yesterday around 4:30pm AEST, your midnight comment about opt-in doesn't make sense.

The purchase on Amazon AU window started at midnight…

        • I purchased after midnight.

  • a single transaction at Amazon Australia through ShopBack… can it be from different sellers? I have one product which costs $45.33 and I just buy something else to make it up…

    • +1

Multiple items may be purchased in a single transaction to reach the minimum spend.

  • -1

    Apple gift card eligible?

  • No bueno

  • +1

Nothing listed in the perks section .. it’s 12:11am

    • +1

It wasn't in the Perks section. It appears under Earn More ->Brand Challenges
