FWIW, LEDVANCE was sold to Chinese lighting company MLS in 2018. LEDVANCE has permission to use the OSRAM branding for now.

@bdl: Well… right after Osram split their consumer lighting division in 2016, all the products should still have been the same. After it was sold to MLS in 2018, who knows. New products designed after 2018 would have been designed and made by MLS. Someone would have to do a teardown to compare the two to know if they still follow Osram's principles.

colour temp - last two digits 3000k, 4000k, 6500k
6500K don’t do it 🤮
3000k for residential or 4000k if you want that white commercial office feel. 6500k is too blue.
6500k good to blind the intruder before you whack them with your 6d maglite and/or model M keyboard
These are floodlights not bedroom lights. 6500k might be the best choice for some use cases. ie security lighting
