I almost bought the Delonghi several times over the last year or two as I wanted a machine with integrated tamping (wife acceptance factor). Each time, however, I would read the reviews which said it was behind Breville machines in terms of coffee quality, build quality and reliability so I held off.
As soon as Breville released this machine (with integrated tamping) I grabbed it and have been really happy
