With alloy frame and QR double-wall rims, I'd say this is a much better bike than the other one.

11.2kg is not bad at all.
7-speed is enough, given that you should not be taking this off-road or into the hills. Not sure about that shifter though.

Would make reasonable base for a cheap e-bike kit conversion.
I guess they are selling it off cheap as there was not much demand for low-end drop-bar bikes.

Come across a great project. I can put on my old Roval CLX-40r, and SRAM Red 22 groupset on it. Might be a 7.8kg bike.
