Same here, replacement for my razer wrist rest. It's done well for over a year
How did the wrist rest become sticky? I ask as my teenage sons wrist rest is also very sticky but he won't tell me why.
Its a natural process of vulcanised rubber, certain oils and plasticisers begin to leech out of the rubber and leave a sticky residue. There are ways to clean it off, which basically involves removing the very top layer of rubber to expose a fresh layer underneath, which will eventually go through the same process.

I don't recommend this. Too lumpy because there is no slope, so your wrist is pushed up too much. The better ones have a slope from desk up to keyboard, keeping your wrist in a more ergonomic position. The HyperX is a flat ridge, and is not comfortable.

Can recommend this. After my Corsair K70 wrist wrest turned into a sticky mess I got this one as a replacement, and its been genuinely awesome.
