Just got an email that Ebay plus is only 4.99 for the first year - Even though I've previously had it so doesnt look like its for new members only

          I got $5 off $15 for second month. my friend however never got this offer. just the $5 off $50. I don't know why some do and some don't have this offer

      Did some digging and found a solution since TA's link was dead for me too.

      I found a link from this comment which sends you straight into the checkout page.
      The difference between this checkout page and the regular one (without the $20 voucher) is that you won't have an option to select monthly or yearly payment.

      Make sure it says $4.99 per year in the description blurb.

      Once you've paid, the confirmation page will show your $20 voucher code.

        Damn. My current membership expires on the 27th Nov. Have cancelled that. Link just hangs. Created a second account. Link doesn't work because there's no purchase history. Oh well. Will have to wait till my current membership lapses.

          Contact eBay and they will help. I signed up to one month of eBay Plus for $4.99 the day before, so link for this promo offer did nothing when I clicked it. They were able to cancel my previous ebay plus so I could sign up again with this offer. I paid twice and haven't received a refund for the first payment, but they assure me I will get one.

            @nubzy: Did you end up getting your refund? We're in a similar boat, ebay told us to pay the full price and refund us within 48hrs. having heard horror stories of ebay dragging their feet, we're unsure of going ahead

    I signed up for this and have just now also get the $80 voucher that I activated but didn't use right away from the other offer. So $100 vouchers for $5.

      Yeh, thought eBay was buggin out when something I was looking at said I could take off the total amount, then realised it was the $80 voucher offer I had accepted.
      Got the $20 and also the $15 has tracked at Shopback too, whether it will go through I don't know.
      Unfortunately, I didn't win on Powerball tonight though.

            @Neoika: Got some sort of prompt in my dashboard saying the chargeback was delayed and a link to investigate it. Clicked it and got the rejection email a few days later:

            Your cashback has been rejected for one of these reasons:
            1. Your order was cancelled, returned or exchanged, partially or fully.
            2. Your order did not fulfil the store's terms and conditions.
            3. Payment or stay was not completed.
            4. Clicking through to another page from a banner or ad on the store’s webpage whilst shopping.

            None of the reasons seem to apply and the only thing I can think of that could have been an issue is stacking this with the $80 ebay coupon offer.
