They are cut to shape so you can request an oval pin. The height will be 32mm and the width will be to scale.

No it's alright (unless you're planning on farming store credit), since there's a minimum spend of AU$41 before tax before the credit can be applied at checkout, so might not be totally worth it (from stickermule support page: How does store credit work?)
