  • Bit off topic here but anyone has experience/tips on domain backorder?

Noticed a domain was about to expire 3 days prior. Backordered with crazy domain, waited 30+45+5 days then domain was snapped in Europe by dan.com (division of GoDaddy) and now listed for $10k. Seems suspect. Is it like hyper trading, they noticed the request from crazydomain but shortcut and bought before? Or crazy domain just sucks?

We've never had any luck with crazydomains backorder service. If the domain is highly sort after you will probably need to use a service that primarily deals with drop catching such as snapnames, but be prepared to pay a premium to get it.

      • Yep, that's how they grabbed the domain. Cheers for the reply.

    • You can't expect to win a backordered domain auction with that effort. It takes alot more money and work than that. Start by researching the process of how expiring domains are handled.

Wow, your company has had a meteoric rise to fame, your domain name (onward.com.au) does not show a website as recently as 4/3/2022 (see the internet archive http://web.archive.org/web/20220304235042/http://onward.com.… )

And yet your about us page ( https://onward.com.au/about-us/ ) says you have already been Featured In Entrepreneur, Inc, TNW, Technasia, Forbes and the Huggington Post!

I'd love to read those articles (I did some google searches but had no luck finding them) do you have direct links we can use?

  • Where are your servers located?

  • Great. What are your money back guarantee terms?
