What has happened to boost mobile? Lots of free SIM giving away from cashreward. Just worry I may not be able to get the rewards back. What would happen if boost mobile stops running?

    • They are owned by Telstra so will be adsorbed by them.

      • Still I will probably lose my $9+$9+$10. I have ordered three so far. I stop doing it when my worry had built up

Boost isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

          • @ChickenDinner123: Has anyone got the $9 Cashback yet? Over 40 days since I activated my first SIM.

            • @Wetmeme: My earliest purchase is 15/07/22, still waiting for my cashback

@jowu15: Hi @cpj3822 @jowu15 and others. All Boost transactions from July & August promos should now be approved in your Cashrewards accounts.

                • @tightarse: Hi TA, is the cashback for new Boost customer only?

                • @tightarse: Can confirm that my two Boost transactions in Aug have been approved. Thanks, TA!

            @ChickenDinner123: Yeah, definitely after Optus.

        • If there are less deals, that means they are doing well…. less discounts…

      • Where'd you get that from?

what will happen if i do not activate within 30 days of ordering,

can i still get $9 cashback?

can i still activate within 1 year?

    • +3

can i still get $9 cashback?

      No

can i still activate within 1 year?

      Yes

You must activate within 30 days or no cashback.
It's on the Ts and Cs.
At least it's with Cashrewards so should work.
    Unlike the other rebate company.

    • I activated within 30 days and they still didn't track my one last month.
They rejected my claim and gave me the generic 'why your cashback hasn't tracked'.
I did my purchase as I usually do with cashrewards so not sure what happened there.
What a waste of time and money.

  • Bonus $9 Cashrewards Cashback - 14/10 Only

meaning cashback ONLY on 14/10 ???

    • Sorry, it was a mistake on our part. $9 CR cashback is available from now until 14/10, while the $9 Boost Mobile offer runs until 18/10.

  • Just wondering for how long Boost Mobile keep your sim active from the date when credit expired

and have no longer re-charged? Asking as I have now 4 active Boost Mobile numbers active,

2 with credit still, but 2 older throw away ones I am not re-charging. If I go to activate a new Boost Mobile

sim in my name with same details, there is a chance they will refuse?

      At least 6 mths.

Someone says you can contact CS to have them deleted earlier.

  • Haha, must be right as one has ran out of credit for around 3 months already. Hope it is only 6 and not 12 months.

  • Argh! I just get 'sorry unable to process your order'. I got 2 of the $40 sims yesterday and it seems I've hit my quota.

    • Same for me.. That means only 2 Sims per address?

Hi there! We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing issues while trying to place your order. This is most likely related to fraud triggers that are automatically set in place by our order processing platform and other providers like your Bank and Credit card in order to avoid fraudulent transactions. We understand this can be highly frustrating when trying to place a legitimate order, but this sits outside of Boost’s control.

Below is a list of indicators that can affect how your order is flagged in different financial systems, which can hopefully help you understand what is going wrong:

      • Are the characteristics of this order similar to non-fraudulent orders observed in the past?
      • Are the characterises of this order similar to an order that was placed recently?
      • Is the card verification value (CVV) correct?
      • Does the billing address match the credit card’s registered address?
      • Does the billing address ZIP or postal code match the credit card’s registered address?
      • Was there more than 1 payment attempt?
      • Was the payment made with 1 credit card?
      • Does the billing country match the country from which the order was placed?
      • The IP address used to place the order isn’t a high-risk internet connection?
      • The browser used to place the order isn’t a high-risk browser

Based on the above, we suggest that you take the following actions when trying to place an order:

      • Check if your ID details are correct

      • Check if your payment details are correct

      • Enter the delivery address manually
      • Try to place the order using a different personal device
      • Try to place the order on a different browser
      • Try to place the order using a different payment method
      • Try to place the order using a different email address

Most of the time, entering the address manually does the trick. If you continue to have the same issue, our customer service team may be able to help you at [email protected]

      • Tried changing email address and credit card. The site forces me to enter my address manually (even though it finds it when I first type some of it). Still won't work.

      • I have no problem ordering but I cannot activate. "Error in processing your request" come up persistently. I already have 2 inactive Boost sims from previous deals. Any tips apart from calling customer service?

        • I guess you could try porting out and see if that helps you activate more sims?

No international roaming, no deal !

    • Yeah they are keeping very quiet about this! Never got any notification

    • Your wish should be granted before the end of the month, fingers crossed!

So am I within the 30-day mark?

    • Yes, you are :)

      • Can i activate, then leave to another provider a few days later and still get the cash back?

  • So many sim card deals

  • Can I keep existing number from previous boost deal?
