I made an order before 9:30am and another after 9:30am. Didn’t realize they change the rules until reading comments now. Does the second order still qualify? It should right if the first order is still under the per transaction rule.
Provided you have separate clicks for each transaction, you’ll be fine :)

I also tried to use Member Services, but that just directs me back to making a claim via "My Click History".

One of my friends placed 2 orders before 9:30am and both got tracked. However, her 2nd order got the cashback rejected afterward and the order has already shipped. She made a claim for the rejected cashback but only got told "the store has declined this transaction for cashback"
Don't know if anyone else has encountered the same issue? Thanks
Hi. It sounds like the second purchase may have been declined as your friend may not have generated a new click.
Please note each transaction requires its own unique click.
