My thoughts exactly.. how do you access iconic app through Shopback app? On a side note, I've found Shopback dodgy with honoring Cashback on the best of days 😬
Need to start off with the SB app first of course. I think there are links within the retailer app under 'supported web addresses', just like how Uber Eats purchases via the app gets tracked
Yeah that looks to be it, there is a 'Take me to the app' button when you go to the Iconic page in the SB app.
When I press the button, I get a message saying I need to have the app installed first, even though I already do. :(
We have App2App tracking enabled with THE ICONIC :)
So long as you have their app installed, our links will redirect you to the app and you can shop / earn Cashback as normal!

Have clicked on SB offer, clicked take me to app, opened Iconic app, bought items. Took screenshots of every process in time based linear fashion, should all be honoured

Whatever value you use of your store credit will not be eligible for Cashback.
So if you have a $200 order & use $100 store credit, you will only be eligible for Cashback on the $100 value that was not paid by store credit :)
Just wanting to ask are there any promo codes that you can stack with this? Used to see a shopback new customer promo code there but it's now disappeared

Iconic cashback never stacks with giftcards AFAIK.
Gift Cards & Store Credit work the same way I described here.

I've just completed a iconic transaction through shopback app which then forwarded me to the iconic app. However after the transaction, I don't see it "tracked" in the iconic app.
Hi @postform, tracking can take up to 2 days to appear in your account.
That said, customers usually receive tracking within a few hours from THE ICONIC.
Reach out to me directly if nothing tracks within 48 hours :)

I'm not 100% sure on this one, I would advise doing it all through the app to be safe - it could cause tracking issues.

Could I confirm you exited our app/the iconic app between each transaction?
Once checkout is complete, our tracking cuts off - so it needs to be reactivated between each order.
