    I ordered one monitor at about 8:15am and have received nothing in my email, no money taken from bank account and nothing confirmed in my Dell account.

    Its not the end of the world if I miss out, just wondering if I did anything wrong.

      Yep, if you ordered less than 10 I think they are honoring them. People who ordered more than 10 have had their orders cancelled.

      Personally I think for us they will probably call us before cancelling.

      Do you also get called from a new 'account manager' every few months saying they have taken over your account and if they can sell you anything?

    I can confirm that I have spoken to Dell Customer Support, who are in the process of refunding a record number of refunds.

    I can also confirm that my above statement is absolute rubbish, because I still have 0.00000034% chance that this may happen.

      I was incorrectly charged 3k and still haven't received a response, it said can take 1 business day. Is there a live chat or something?

          Via PayPal. Mine says "in production", not shipped.
          But all details list full price, it was only the checkout experience and confirmation screen that said the discounted price.
