    I think the price is great. I've bought 2 cheap hosting in the last 2 years. I has literally shut down. And the other has had 2 major outages including a hack. I'm trying to resist going for cheap again.

      I understand your concern and it is valid! We run daily backups offshore in a different data centre off shore using JetBackup. The Feb outage was an failer in Linodes storage array. Once that was fixed all data was restored from the last daily backup which typically runs one in the morning and one in the evening. Hope that helps

    Coast Hosting was started in New Zealand and registered, we were operating as Coast Hosting, we had servers in Singapore and Sydney, we moved away from Singapore and decided this business was only going to be Australian based. This business was de registered in NZ this year and was registered officially in Australia this year, as mentioned in previous comment above we are in redevelopment of our web site where terms and conditions will be updated. Terms and Conditions effectively remain the same however it would apply to Australia.

    Posting for any future ozbargainers that may consider them - Signed up - servers were slow and overloaded. Definitely better options out there locally. Seems owner has disabled their ozbargain account (maybe after critical feedback on this forum). Looking them up, owner is also "In the Penalty Box" over at whirlpool. Not a professional look or feel to this company.

      I can see you just signed up to OZBargain and now in Penalty box. We know who this user was and he was flagged by our fraud detection system (FraudLabs) along with wanting to run bots unfortunately we do not allow this sort of transaction to take place on our servers.
