Yep, like most pizza ovens, you need to rotate the pizza to change the side facing the heat to prevent burning. Little less effort on the Koda 16, as it has an L shaped burner.

You can put other cast iron pans in it and other things. Do steaks, seafood and other high heat quick cook things.
It is a bit of a niche piece of kit, and if you aren't serious about making neapolitan style pizza then this probably isn't something for you.
My order went through on the last deal and is now being sent through Aus Post.
For what it’s worth, they went out of stock a couple of times but they restocked and I think people still got them in the end.
