Bought one too. Sent a crap to me and the rubber on the pin always drops out. Told the seller about the issue and he ended up sent another crap to me. If U want to write note, buy a better pen
These are no good if you want any accuracy.
The tip is squishy, so the effective area of the nib ends up being the same as a fingertip, but you have less control.
I use a stylus all the time - this type are not too bad, much MORE accurate that a fingertip.

You are pushing too hard - you only need to touch, not squish (these are designed only for Capacitive, not resistive touchscreens, so there's no need to apply any pressure whatsoever)
