  • Kind of a meh price for the Pixel 6a, has been under the $650 mark quite a few times before and even down to $599.

      Sorry $599 not $699,

      • +2

Ah ye olde typo. Cheers op.

FYI - The Samsung S21FE have more stock added and now at $574.59 compared to when I first posted at $584.79

      Thanks!

  • @OP Max discount for AFPAYDAY is $150.00, so the price for the Find X5 5G is $947.99 not $933

    • +2

      @dm02

you are right, updated prie to $947.99, Thanks!

  • Really just want the normal 6 to drop to this price rather than shell out for the 6a.

    • You can expect that in a year or so.

    • +3

I just paid 600 for a mint condition , 2 weeks old Pixel 6. Some people just buy stuff , regret and resell for a fraction of what they paid, just look on Market place and Gumtree and you'll find wonderful deals, no need to wait.

      • +3

        no need to wait

You still need to wait for a good deal to pop up and there's always the chance of buying a dud

        • I looked for it for like 3 days tops, and found a Pixel 6 for $600 and a Pro for $800, both near brand-new. Went for the 6 cos I did not want to spend as much as $800, but still, it was a good price too.
And as long as you check it our before buying, it'll be OK, plus they are still under warranty. Risk to get a dud is extremely low.

          • @liongalahad: How does one 'check it out ?'.

            • @Turbovich: meets with the guy selling it, turns the phone on, plays a bit with it - checks everything works well. If it has damage you will notice, if it's defective, warranty will cover.

    Oppo Pro or gtfo

  • Hmmm, this or the S21FE? Very similar price points, but very tempted to head back to stock Android from my A51 (although Samsung apparently works a lot better with the Windows Phone Link program, and has an extra year of OS updates which is almost two extra years, given how long it takes them to deliver them).

    • Same here, 21 FE or 6a

      • +2

Just remember Australian S21FE version are single SIM only. Doesn’t have eSIM even.

        • +1

At this stage, I don't need eSIM. Don't care/need about dual SIM either; just looking at the device as the one I have, Mi 9T pro stopped security updates, cracked screen, and short battery life after 3 years.

        • +1

Yeah, but not an issue for me.

  • Hey, does this model of Pixel 6A support 5g services in Australia?
Is Google Australia tech support available for this model?

    • +1

Yes, support 5G service in AU and local Google support.

  • I just cracked the screen on my Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G - still working perfectly but has anyone had both and can compare whether it's worth getting the 6A?

  • Alrighty, pulled the trigger on this one, let's try some Pixel goodness again after a few years of other Android stuff.

  • "Google Pixel 6a(ebay.com.au) $599 (Extra $35 at checkout("

Does that mean Pixel 6a is costing a total of AU$564?

On my side for some reason I only see AU$739.99

  • Does any of these phones have dual Sim.

  • How are banks with buy now, pay later services these days? I remember them making a stink about these things when they were first introduced.

  • +5

For those looking at the pixel 6a but don't have or want to use Afterpay it'll be $599 at JB from Thursday 25th.

  • FWIW, @ $600 it's well cheaper than it is in the US, relatively.
