Circles.Life SIM Only PostPaid Plan: 100GB for $30/Month for The First 18 Months

92

Been with Circles.Life for 3 years now -I have never had issues with them. They use the Optus Network so network coverage is reliable-
I have been on the same plan, paying slightly higher at $38 but has not changed since I've signed up
Was with Telstra and Optus for a very long time, too.
Some people have had issues with porting out of C.L for some reason -
EnjoY!

I got the VoIP upgrade 6months ago x2 plans and kept the same payment at $30 but now its back to $45 and been with them since they launched. Might bargain with them down back to $30 as I got the Family Sim Bundle early last year for another x2 plans

    • Hi anfm! If you're on our 100GB plan for $45/month (no active promo), we highly recommend for you to contact us now via our live chat, Facebook or Instagram so that we can request for you to get this deal! Looking forward for your message, soon! Cheers

I've had no issue with CirclesLife's service, billing. plans, etc. But from day one, signing two new accounts up six months ago for my kids… they've had so much spam and junk messaged to them it's ridiculous. Way more than I've ever received, and my number is plastered over the net for work use.

on the app make sure you turn off the white page setting "Remove your number from White Pages"

Poor Network, hidden costs, poor customer care and credit checks.

THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS FROM PAST CIRCLES USERS.

Circles is a month to month postpaid service.
    Expect unexpected costs!
    WORST customer service!!

After happily using Circles over years…
Am now an angry current Circles user, leaving & never coming back!!

    DO NOT TRUST CIRCLES!!
Sign up only if you like long disputes or taking Circles to the TIO - to receive what was promised!!

I've recommended Circles.life in other Deals. But suggested to read t&c before signing up. Many have had problems that could have been avoided.

Been a long time user & supporter of cheap Circles.life Deals… Never had an issue.

    NOT ANY MORE!
When I struck a problem with Circles, they repeatedly told me I'm wrong. End of story!

    Had diligently read the t&c.
Activated offer for 6 month with 15GB per month on 31/1/22.

    Something to be aware of:
Circles charge pro rata of full monthly rate for first month!!

I understood that. So signing up on last day of month avoided paying more - just 1/31 of full monthly rate!

Everything went well until near end of 5th month…
Circles sent an email late June saying my offer was ending at end of June - 1 month before it should have.

    T&C:
"First months bill will be prorated according to Circles.life 5GB for $10 base plan.
(January prorated was charged 32c to my credit card in first bill.)

"Subsequent 6 full months will be offset by the offer purchased"
(That is for 6 FULL MONTHS: Feb-Mar-Apr-May-Jun-July)

Complained by email… Circles said they had checked my account & I would have to pay normal price for July!

I kept complaining - requesting they check my bills. My offer runs out at end of July according to their t&c…
    No response in 2 weeks.

Finally got a response when I again asked Circles to check my bills. No offer has ended.

    Again complained.
They finally said my offer ends at end of July…
But my included data was reset to the standard amount!

Asked where customers were informed about this… No reply.

    Referring to TIO.

Circles show they don't even understand their own offers & billing!

    AVOID CIRCLES!

Because it is so cheap, I wouldn't even complain if I lost a month.

      • Just a warning they can badly stuff their customers around, refusing to meet their obligations under their own t&c!

I dislike consumers being stuffed around by businesses. I've taken a business to court for failing to provide a service, supported by a Govt body. Won a nice settlement & business had to change its dodgie practices.

It's your choice if you decide to take their abuse of customers😉

Besides… Circles isn't really cheap - compared to 1c for 40GB for a month with Kogan😉 Circles only provided 15GB/mth until they withdrew that this month.

That's who I am with now. Earlier, bought 6 SIMs for 6 months for 6c!
Now getting much faster internet speeds at my location. So much happier.

  • Too much spam and offers I'm not interested. I was paying for a mobile service, not interested in paying for receiving advertising. Canceled my service and much happier now.

  • Being with them on and off for a few years.
Turned off spam, never got any again.
No billing issues. No porting issues. Very cheap.

Unfortunately my 6 months discount ($15 for 50Gb) has just run out, any one got an upgrade code?

  • Jumped on and off about 3 times with circles, no problems the whole time.

  • See you edited the Deal Description

Been with Circles.Life for 3 years now -I have never had issues with them.

Same experience for me over many offers.
Been a supporter of past Circles Deals. (Often negged for my positive comments.)
    Never had a problem…UNTIL NOW!

BUT, when Circles get things wrong, things really go wrong quickly!
Circles repeatedly refused to properly check their own billing records. Refused to meet their own t&c. Dragging out a simple billing / t&c issue for many weeks & losing a customer.
    That didn't bother Circles.

I am not the only customer complaining about loss of month in offer.

Some people have had issues with porting out of C.L for some reason

One reason is if your port is not completed by end of month, you are charged another month. If you dispute or don't pay, you can't port your number!!

Circles shows no respect for it's customers!

A warning - Circles is not a provider to do business with!

    • Porting has to be requested from the receiving provider, so if there are any delays then you are technically still being provided a service by circles.life until the number is moved to the new provider. So I would agree that you will be charged the following month if the delays has occurred. Whether they pro-rata refund is another question which they should if you only use a % of the month paid.

      • Yes. I've repeatedly advised that in Circles Deals.
To ensure enough time to Port - otherwise another FULL month will be charged. (Pro rata only occurs in first month of service - see Circles FAQ.)
Porting times vary, as you say often not due to problems caused by Circles.

Many have complained about not being able to Port - in earlier Circles Deals.
Some seemed to use this month-to-month post-paid service as if it was a prepaid service. Seems they Ported on last day! So they were billed for the next month.

Comments were they took Circles to the TIO & were finally given back their number to port at no charge. Such a lot of bother!

I have only used Circles for the data - so just request termination of service (end of this month). Never had any extra monthly charges.

As a precaution, changed payment method to prepaid Credit Card with $1 balance. After repeatedly reneging, I don't trust Circles to honour their agreement that I have prepaid 6 months service to end of JULY.

Best to read Circles T&C & FAQ before signing up.
I always do, but Circles failed to abide by their own T&C this time.

  • Just activated with them on the $12 for 30gb deal. Took 6 days to activate and was constantly told it was being rejected by current provider. I contacted current provider and they told me they had no request to port out the number and details were correct. Numerous messages, complaint to TIO and sending them the corro from current provider and it suddenly gets activated. Will see how it goes, but not expecting much.

Groundhog day has entered the chat

    • Feels like we're going around in.. um.. what's the word.

  • Been using them with a promo I found a while ago but it's about to expire, so I'll probably moving to another provider.

Unimpressed by their customer service like many others have said.

At one point had an up-to-2-week outage with no notification it was happening ahead of time, due to network maintenance in my area or something. May or may not have been their doing, but they gave me a few hours notification of it and no compensation despite me having no service.

The "pro rata first month" is pro-rata at the full rate, not any discounted rate you may have - and because they screwed up when setting me up, the pro-rata was 28 out of 30 days for the first month, instead of 2 days of the previous month if they didn't mess up.
