    I try but as i workout, palms get sweaty and afraid that barbell will slip off while doing bench press/ Deadlift.

      Deadlift maybe, if you are getting up there in weights but then maybe consider mixed grip or possibly straps. Before then, chalk at most.

      Nothing wrong with wearing gloves. These ones are good as they are not too restrictive. Personally I hate the feeling of chalk. Straps though would be more important than these during deadlift.

  For power lifting, I don't think gloves are useful or necessary. Better to strengthen your grip and use a mixed grip for deadlifting if necessary.

  I do have a pair of gloves that I use for kettlebell snatches - in this case I use them because they actually reduce grip and help with the motion. But then for kettlebell swings I use chalk.
