  I like this noodle but the sodium content shocks me. 3.4g in one serve. Dunno how anyone can finish a whole serving in one shot

    yhh the sodium contents are insane especially on the korean and chinese ones, best to only use half of the packet and adjust water to taste to save your liver. These instant noodles are tasty and extremely convenient, but you do have to be cautious by limiting the flavour packet and adding protein to make it a complete diet.

    The sodium gets distributed into the soup and you don't drink the soup, you just eat the noodles…at least that's what I do.

    Most of the sodium is in the broth. Pour half of it away after cooking or just don't drink all of it. Don't use half a sachet or you'll just end up with bland tasting noodles.
