    thanks, finally a coupon not just for new customers :) …altho delivery hero does not have a delivery fee for where i ordered, but with your coupon is cheaper overall thanks

    Be careful - last time I tried to use one of these vouchers it didn't work and the restaurant who delivered the food charged me full price. I wasn't warned or notified that the voucher hadn't been accepted, it just went straight through for the full amount and no $10 discount was applied.

      I think some restaurants don't accept vouchers. You gotta be careful which place you order from - it has to have "vouchers accepted" otherwise you don't get jack. And yes, they don't tell you.

          We apologise for the inconvenience. Which restaurant are you placing your order through? Also when you entered the voucher code, did an error message come up saying that it wasn't expected? We will have someone look into the matter

    BE CAREFUL also with Credit Card surcharges. I've been stung with this recently on Menulog.

    This fee doesn't come up on your order total, and will appear on your credit card bill.

    Menulog is sneaky and hides this condition in the fine print and then their customer service people tell you its not their problem.

      Just ordered…

      If this happen I won't be worrying about ringing Menulog… I'll ring my bank and have the fee reversed. If I'm not made aware of the charge then it's fraud.

      I was overcharged $12 on an order by Menulog about 2 years ago because of unmentioned credit card surcharges as well as out-of-date prices on the menu. Menulog completely ignored my customer support requests, and deleted my review of the restaurant in question. (The restaurant also refused refunds.)

      Charging more than I agreed to pay on the invoice and order total is completely deceptive and unconscionable conduct by Menulog — I used to buy fairly regularly through them, but now I haven't bought with them for 2 years because I simply can not trust them. Better to support your favourite local takeaways by buying direct.

        Really sorry to hear that. We notify our customers about possible surcharges in 3 different places: view conditions pop up next to Accepts payment options, credit card screen and customer email with the order confirmation.

        Only a few venues have a credit card surcharge and it is in place to cover bank merchant fees. Surcharge is the same as what the restaurant charges if you order direct.

        There should be no credit card fee. I just ordered and no fees was charged at all.

    These never work for me. It says:

    "We are sorry but this voucher code has already been used. You can still get great specials such as a first time customer or a loyalty discount from many of our restaurants."

        You said valid until 1st of June. You lied. You should have said 1st 15 orders or whatever it was. I wasted about 20 minutes looking at your stupid site.

        It would be one thing if someone else had posted this deal, but you are on here as a rep and you specifically said until 1st of June.

          Seeing as this isn't the first time this kind of deal has been posted, it should be pretty obvious that the codes will be completely raped within minutes. I agree that any future posts citing both "limited number" and expiry date should result in a ban, since these two things are a contradiction when it comes to OzBargain :-)

    Just did some Google Foo and found DeliveryHero are currently doing $10 off with the coupon 'NEWHERO10', tested and it works.

    IMO DeliveryHero has much better customer experince with awesome staff.

    HORRIBLE service, they deleted my order without notice then expect me to pay again, even though I had not received a refund. The possibly offshore call centre seem to have no authority to do anything and have pretend names. I have to wait to Monday for any resolution or may have to dispute with credit card company.
