Does this give access to GG Commercial after the 2 years? Assuming once the account is setup there's no mechanism to check you're still a G'day Rewards member.

  Yes - previously used the access via the freebie Gday Rewards membership from 2018.
  Gday rewards was revoked as it was ozbargained - GG Comm wasn’t.

      The gday rewards was quickly revoked, but the GG comm didn’t stop.
      
      I believe you had to click through the gday rewards portal to link it, but it’s then a standalone account.

4c off/L petrol might have been worth it back when petrol was around $1/L, certainly not anymore.

  You still save the same dollars per fill. Yes it would be nice if it was a percentage. And fuel discounts have been 4c for years, while everything else has gone up.
