I've had HT via Amazon HD's arrive with sata ports completely bashed in as they they were just in an antistatic bag and bubble wrap bag. The non-HT "Frustration free packaging" ones from Amazon came in a cardboard carrier which protected them in transit.
ebay HT I've had radio silence for a week post purchase then when I chased up with HT they advised no stock and tried to ship me something else
They got hate for cancelling eBay orders which was a price error due to a promo code, way back when. The hate isn't justified in anyway

xt is better but there should only be $100 difference between them as per RRP

I bought 6900xt at 1150, playing 3440x1440 144hz. Feel free to ask anything. Kick ass so far, other than it dropping another 150 shortly after, no regrets.
@beeze: What psu are you using ? I have a 750w gold but it says 850w on the box. My CPU is only 3500x and it doesn't seem to draw a lot of current though
6900xt is about 20% faster, and about 20% more from the recent deal. So similar value, depends if you need the extra performance. 6800xt pricing doesn't seem to be much lower than 6900xt from what I've seen.

Usually. In this case the 6900xt pricing has fallen disproportionately low — cf. the 3090 which is the same tier but twice as much.
