Kikkoman Citrus Soy Sauce (250 Ml) $1 @ Rite Price (SA) with Natural Lime & Orange Flavours

30

Those NOT from SA may not know:

Rite Price sells "old" food items (around Adelaide), ie, [sometimes LONG] after "Best Before" (not "Use By") dates.
In this case, it's "Best Before 12 04 12" so - for Rite Price - I guess this might be considered pretty fresh. :-)

I don't have any "proof" but it's not too hard to believe that out-of-date Kikkoman products would drop in price.
Being mostly water, soybeans, wheat & salt, I doubt the age would be an issue here; decide that for yourself.

(A visit to the Rite Price web site brings audio from their ad's, so… turn down your speaker volumes… :-)

    Rite-price, wrong-flavour.

i think this is discounted for other reasons apart from the best before date, such as the inclusion of lemon in soy sauce :(

    • Try it on Fish, then tell us what you think…

how about just soy in soy sauce???
