Target is having a special on a Kinect Bundle for $379. That is even cheaper than the one I saw at a closing down Dick Smiths store at 20% off. Includes 2 games.
Went down to The Good Guys to do a price match but they wouldn't budge because it is under their cost price apparently.

I thought this was the regular street price now, I saw the same price in Kmart (Kotara, NSW) a week ago!
go purchase it at good guys and then claim the 30 price guarantee (120% of the difference refunded). They can't say no to that as its their policy and also this offer is published in the catalogue.
Make sure target has stock before doing this though as i know good guys will be trying their hardest to weazle their way out of it.

Prospective Xbox 360 buyers (or any console really) should probably wait until after E3 (June 5-7) in case Microsoft announces any price cuts - which is not unlikely. I think you might see a big price drop on these Kinect bundles because of the huge push they are giving that silly peripheral.
