spam is 733kj per serve (same size as above 56g) , low carb, and more filling than some overpriced milkshake sold on TV to the gullible.

I certainly can relate to your sense of hesitancy with products of this nature.
I would like to share with you my personal experience with this product.
Since using this product I have lost more than 2kg in only 2 weeks, unlike many other brands I have tried, I can say it really is a delicious taste, one of the best brands for taste.
I normally would pay $20+ for a meal on ubereats. By using these shakes it costs me approx $3 "per meal" (including almond & coconut milk approx $1 per 250ml).
I do understand this is not for everyone, but for those that are interested in this product I definitively recommend!Warm Regards,

@Beautylover: Yeah if you replace any proper meal (500-700cal) with something that is 200-250cals of course you're slowly going to lose weight, because you're not consuming as much.
It would be better for anyone that is thinking of this product to just get a regular protein shake. Better value for money and no non-sense anecdotal stories.
