Anyone able to help?

-I started with a new account
-Signed up to netflix Turkey
-Applied the netflix Turkey giftcard to get it at a cheaper rate
-added Australian mobile number and verified the phone number using the code
-Trying to add my wise credit card details so netflix can deduct from that in the future but then it asks to verify a Turkish phone number???? Before the credit card details can be accepted

All this is done on a VPN connection to turkey

Apologies if this was answered somewhere but ive read the instructions and cant work it out. VPN is fine and ive confirmed my location is showing Turkey

Netflix keeps redirecting to /tr-en/login and my AU account is not recognised because presumably Netflix accounts are country specific?

  Not sure what you're trying to do. Could you elaborate? Are you trying to get the TR plans/pricing with an (active) Australian Netflix account? If so, then that's your problem. The account has be TR activated - either by creating a new TR account via VPN, or by reactivating a deactivated account via VPN.

Done.Took me like 5-7 minutes and i used Getflix and bought 100tl to setup the new account. 9.80$ charged for the gift card (premium plan) and now it’s expiry date is 23 july. So do i need to buy again a gift card or can change payment method to au card ? I used vpn for setting up new account and to pay it. Thanks

Adding my 2c for those people who have difficulties with Australian cards. I bought a Turkish Netflix gift card and signed up via VPN. Then I contacted customer support and told them that the system was having problems accepting my credit/debit card. Customer support will then provide you with a secure credit card page to enter your Australian card details and that's that.

    Dunno what to tell you. That's how I signed up for Turkish Netflix 6 months ago. I can also see other users reporting success with this method, more recently, as well. Just to confirm, did you activate your Netflix account first with a TL giftcard? If not, I suspect that may be the key issue.

I had a Turkey subscription which was suspended as my CBA debit card had expired. While adding new debit card, it was asking for Turkey Mobile eventhough I had an aussie mobile on my profile; I didnt find any success with online Turkish sims so gave up. Finally, cancelled by subscription and added a aussie basic netflix plan and updated my payment with an AMEX credit card simultaneously.

Asked support to cancel my plan and refund the money, waited for 24 hrs to restart my turkey subscription via vpn.

Today noon, I was able to restart my subscription with a Turkey premium plan using Express VPN. However it wouldn't accept my AMEX Credit card or CBA Debit card. I bought a 100 Lira Turkey netflix giftcard from G2A for 6.72 USD (still waiting for AUD charges post AMEX conversion fee).

My questions are:
1. Is it safe to assume that my AMEX CC will work in future once the turkey gift card balance expires? I know its best to continue adding GC balance as AMEX and CBA both failed (even on multiple attempts) while restarting my turkey subscription.
2. If I load AUD GC balance in my turkish subscription, will it get converted to LIRA credit? Has anyone tried it?
3. Is there a way to redeem Turkey Netflix GC balance - https://www.netflix.com/tr-en/redeem WITHOUT using VPN?
4. Which is the most reliable and pocket friendly website to buy Netflix Turkey GCs? I came across G2A and Trendyol.

  If you contact customer service via live chat, they can send you page to enter in your card details - it bypasses any country checks. Cards held on file will be debited after GC balance is used up.

    Thank you for your response. Yes, The customer support guy helped me add my CBA debit card. Same card didnt work earlier using manage my payment page. I asked him to add my AMEX CC as backup, but he said system allows them to add only one card. So I tried adding AMEX as back from manage my payment again, no luck. Fingers crosses, the CBA debit should work once my GC balance is exhausted.
    
    For GC with AUD balance, he said it wont work with Turkey plan as its a diff currency, so yes we have to buy Turkey GC only and need VPN to redeem as the URL to redeem GC is geolocation based.
    
    I would suggest to use GC only to kick off the turkey subscription and then switch to CC using chat support.
    
    Lesson leant - I should have just contacted support in the first place to help me update the new debit card instead of doing below:
    - cancelled turkey subscription since it was asking mobile num on updating the CBA debit card (old one had expired)
    - bought aussie plan and added new amex CC as part of process
    - cancelled aussie plan and got refund
    - bought VPN and signed up for turkey plan again but it wount allow my existing amex card which was added one 1 day ago :(
    - bought GC form G2A
    - contacted chat and updated my CBA debit card which will kick off once GC balance expires.
    
    Hopefully, I am sorted until the new CBA debit car expires. I will contact support to update card details going forward instead of cancelling subscription and wasting hourso n the above steps.
    
    But, its definitely worth it..haha

  You most likely need to get a Turkish number from 5sim.net or similar websites. Google it, Shouldn't cost you more than 40cents. Once you activate the number, then it won't ask you again. Alternatively if you have Australian mobile number verified it shouldn't ask you to verify Turkish number.

  Figured it out. Using a Turkey Netflix gift card in the activation process activates it.
  
  1- load the gift card in the activation process
  
  2- when you get to the mobile verification, just quit.
  
  3- sign into the account and start live chat. Ask them to add the AMEX card. Idk if MC or Visa would work.

28 degrees didn't work for me at the beginning, what I did then bought the giftcard and add the card details there.

When the credit balance runs out, it was automatically switch over to 28 degrees card and it's been working fine since, no need to buy another giftcard.

So anyone succeeded using PIA VPN? When I attempt to login to netflix.com via Turkey I actually get an incorrect password error. Have retyped multiple times but it seems to block login, works from aus location…

  Yes I had the same issue, also using PIA. I ended up ditching the whole incognito thing, just sign into Netflix as you normally would then close the tab, start your VPN and open Netflix again and youll be signed in ready to start the signup process
  
  EDIT: Another tip, my G2A gift card wouldn't activate through the signup process. I had to go and load it onto my account via https://www.netflix.com/au/redeem then come back and subscribe to the plan

Sorry im stuck hoping someone can help. I got ExpressVPN subscription, connected VPN, confirmed Turkey IP and location. Opening New incognito window in Chrome. Netflix.com turkey, used an email I've previously had Netflix australia on. Purchased a giftcard from MTCGAME. When i click redeem and enter the gift card number, it says the number is invalid. Support at MTC say just use a different VPN. I didn't want to go an sign up again for another VPN provider so I am asking, does anyone know what else I can try here Please?

  Sign up an Australian account first then either cancel for a refund or wait til it expires after a month. Then change it to Turkey, easiest is with Turkish Netflix gift card as above.

So for anyone trying to log in to the Turkish Netflix on a VPN and getting password issues, this is how I solved it..

Turn OFF your vpn. Log into Netflix and it will prompt you to restart your membership. Click next and it should take you to a page with the tiers and show you them in AUD.
Then, click Back in your browser to get to the step prior to selecting your tier.
Now turn ON your vpn, then when you click next you should see the tiers in TL (not AUD).
Then continue as per usual with the gift card steps.

Mine seems to have worked so fingers crossed when the gift card expires it continues as per usual on my CC.

had windscriber for the VPN service, also found a confirmation code service for $3.5 to $4 a pop of code.

Ive been trying a few things with my recently expired/working account, with my normal valid CC info etc.

I tried various free turkey sms services but none worked.

Then I bought a 75 TL gift card I got from G2A.
I signed into Netflix with my Turkish VPN on I redeemed it via https://www.netflix.com/tr-en/redeem
Then when starting a subscription I guess it used the gift card and billed the remainder to my existing CC

This seems to be working, my billing date is in a month, with my old CC info in there as payment details.

I was logged in to my Turkish Netflix on galaxy tab in Australia and works fine. However It wouldn't work on my holidays in Thailand, turning off location didn't help. Wonder if someone else faced similar issue and found a workaround?

The Aus to Turkey method worked perfectly for me.

1: Bought 100TL Netflix gift card from G2A, delivered instantly
2: Cancelled AU Netflix sub. Waited for it to stop working (it stopped working a day after the end date)
3: VPN to Turkey with NordVPN
4: Login to Netflix, click Restart membership
5: When going through the prompts it already had my AU card pre filled to continue with, but I clicked other payment and added the Turkey gift card
6: done

Honestly took under 10 minutes with no issues whatsoever.

  Why did you use the gift card. It wasn't necessary because you reactivated a expired account with card and phone number already on file. Reactivation would of changed over to Turkish lira

Just wanted to say thanks for the netflix hack - I've managed to sign up the first month with the netflix turkey gift card. Hopefully when it expires it'll default to my existing credit card. Did run into a few issues, which I resolved thanks to some previous posts here. Heres my experience

-cancelled my existing netflix account which has my 28o mastercard saved as payment
-wait until it fully expires, where you can't watch netflix
-tried signing in my netflix account with turkey VPN free from windscribe, using incognito mode. It wouldn't let me log into my existing netflix account when using the turkey VPN. I read here where someone suggested logging in and then turning on VPN. Tried this and it seemed to work. I was able to log into my account normally and then turn on turkey VPN. Refresh the page until I got the Turkish currency payment options. Click around until I found the option to use a netflix voucher. Entered turkey netflix voucher.
-So far seems all good, hopefully when the voucher expires it'll default taking payment to my 28o mastercard in turkish Lira. Will report back if it doesn't and there are issues.

No we can't. It isn't working because of the country where the account is paid for, and the cards you're trying to use are from another country too.
What we use for payment methods and pricing should be from Turkey.

  Not great news. Most likely it won't resume charging the CC after those who used GC. Will have to wait and see what their experiences are before I make the switch.

Guys, I've been on this plan for a few months now and I got an email saying my payment failed and it required a mobile number.

Plot twist, thought it was Netflix but upon further inspection, turned out the email was a scam. Damn lol. Checked my bank and payment went through as normal.

The scam email came on the same day as the monthly renewal payment LOL
