Just ordered this, its got excellent reviews and most places have it for around $30 (And that is for the version that has 4 DLC maps on the cover and no 3D)
Looks like fishpond have a pretty bad rep on here, personally I have been happy with their service but others have had order cancellations/delays so take that into account.
Dont buy anything from Fishpond. OZbargain should stop allowing things from fishpond to be posted. They SUCK!

Hey just so I know how come people don't like fishpond on here? I've never had any issues with them, but I am interested so I know if I decide to buy again in the future.
Ditto - 4 orders in the past year and I've been happy with each one.
because i have ordered stuff from them before, then you get an email to say your order is cancelled and the product is not avialable. Most recently it happened with Uncharted on the PS3. I ordered it for $5 which was too good to be true… they clearly F$%$ed up and then 2 weeks later i get my refund. They are very unorganised. Anyone would think they dont operate within Australia with the way they operate.
That's because Fishpond is in New Zealand? Unless they changed to Aus recently.
Took around 4 months to get a couple of Xbox Live points cards, and I'm pretty sure that they only arrived because I put in a PayPal dispute.

Very bad experience from fish pond in the earlier Mario game deal.They accepted the order and after 2 weeks they send a email informing that my order is cancelled due to no stock. It seems they are just keeping the money for 2 weeks and returning it back. No more business with fish pond
Just bought an Adobe book from them, arrived within 5 working days. Very happy….
seems like they are earning interest for 2 weeks on our money then returning it. its like they operate as a front for an investment account. not a bad idea. too bad we get f$%ed over in the process.
similar issue with me. ordered a uni book and they sat on my order for 4 weeks until i demanded a refund as i was getting behind in my studies. Utterly worthless company

a few weeks ago, someone posted on this site for smash bros brawl, for 16 bucks (i think, around that price) which i bought
then a few weeks later i saw deus ex COLLECTORS EDITION for 36 bucks
ok first of all smash bros brawl never came (yeah too good to be true), i got the same email saying order cancel we refund your money, so i got my refund, no grudges there
then my deus ex came in the mail like a month later
but guess what, they sent me the wrong game, as i said i bought the COLLECTORS EDITION but instead they sent me the LIMITED EDITION, whats the difference ?, ok i tell you, the limited edition comes with the game and a few extra levels, the COLLECTORS EDITION which is the one i bought, comes with the game, extra levels, figurine (which i thought was cool) artbook and some making dvds, so for 36 bucks i thought it was a great deal
so i double checked my order make sure i didn't buy the wrong item or what not, but no, i bought the right item, collectors edition etc, so i emailed them telling them they sent me the wrong item, instead of saying sorry we screwed your order heres a refund or we'll send the right game right away, they sent me an email telling me to return the item and they will refund me 10 days after they receive the item back, like i was planning to steal the game which i paid for, and i doubt this refund is gonna include my shipping back to them, waste of time, waste of money, and for a game like deus ex, the game itself is not even worth 20 bucks these days
so you've been warned, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere
Note - I don't think Fishpond have updated the item picture, but the description and UPC code match the latest version with 3D and glasses included - this works on non-3DTV's as well.
