Activation
All SIMs are easy to activate.
- Land overseas and insert the SIM into your phone
- Turn on 'Data Roaming' in your network settings
- Restart your phone

Some SIMs will require you to dial or text a number to complete activation, all activation information can be found in our Customer Help Articles and SIM Guides.
Activation Dates
Our Europe SIMs will require you to select an activation date for each SIM when checking out.
- The activation date is required to place your order
- Please enter the date of when your plane lands in the country you want it to work in
- If you are unsure of your dates, you can put a placeholder date in (make sure it is much later than your expected date) and at a later time, email customer support to have the correct date set
- If the date is wrong or you try to use the SIM before the date given - the SIM will NOT work when you land and you will need to contact customer support to have it manually activated

All orders will be shipped from Sydney via Australia Post.
We ship orders Monday to Friday and offer same day dispatch before 3 PM AEST.
