The shopback link takes direct to Ebay plus, so not even sure if it is ok to go to ebay and then click on that banner and join as it might not count once you leave the ebayplus page we were directed to in the first place

- Ensure ShopBack is the last link you click prior to transacting, in order to earn cashback.
- Only use promo codes listed on ShopBack.
- Don't use promo codes not listed by ShopBack. This will invalidate cashback.
So if I use the Shopback back path - and then try to navigate to the page to use the $20 voucher won't that negate the Shopback offer?
Also - it tells me - 'You have already tested eBay Plus for free. If you sign up now, the membership fee is due immediately' - Am I still entitled to the $40 cashback?

With the lack of response lately from "gotyourback", right now I am extremely worried they we have all been duped!Like almost every other person here, I only joined eBay Plus out of economics. I cannot recall the last year I even used my eBay account. But a net $9 (after this supposed $40 cashback) for a year of free deliveries, $5 monthly shopping voucher seemed a no-brainer. Add to that we got a $20 voucher to spend (not used as yet, in case it helps me get a full refund from eBay, should Shopback not fix this issue)
I have also filed a missing cashback enquiry with Shopback today.

@proudwanderer: Hey mate, don't stress, this was removed because the $20 voucher offer is no longer being offered by eBay, that promo period is now over. Those who took advantage of the promo whilst it was up are definitely eligible.
Tracking is a more manual process for these subscriptions that with other stores, which is what is causing a delay. I'm working hard to get updates from the relevant teams. As always, DM if you're concerned or have any specific q's, happy to help out.

@freekay: Hey hey! Tracking can take up to 48 hrs for eBay sometimes, depends on when we get the data over from them. We did have some weirdness with Click Activity today, I flagged it and it should be fixed up now. This could be an issue with both CR/SB, it is risky that you may not get anything rather than at least $20 from ebay (hopefully). I have a couple of of incidents for both company didn't track my Amazon/JD sports purchases (clothing/shoes) and and both of them replied me (at the very end) can't do anything if the vendor refused the cashback.

Hmmm, very odd, have you got the most updated version of our extension? Can always use our app if you're concerned, I find it the most straightforward and has less margin for error re: tracking.

I usually recommend the app if you can, less margin for error on other extensions/plug-ins activating and invalidating cashback.

eBay has become harder to use with multi-item listings, reduced sales, price jacks during sales, difficult to leave negative feedback.
eBay is quite often not the cheapest now even considering free postage with plus.
Without these discounts, they'd be losing users. $9 is well worth it in my opinion.

I want to know if I leave the sign up page I get directed to on ebay, to go to my ebay account and the banner pops up in my account for the $20 voucher (as it does randomly) if I click on the banner in ebay if that still works, or if that negates the cashback too? So it sounds like you've never had an eBay Plus subscription before? If so, you won't get the cashback, as the $49 payment will only take place after your trial finishes.

Can I cancel my Ebay Annual subscription (from charging me next year), but still keep the ebay plus perks and get the cashback? i do not want a refund, but i do not want it to auto renew next year either, Amazon Prime reminds you about it but I havnt had Ebay Plus so im not sure if they will do the same with the subscription renewal

Inbtbe past, when I've used codes, (such as Afterpay code etc) I tried to pay with an eBay gift card I have. I wasn't able to use any code, and also pay with my gift card.
Do most of these 'deals' require an eBay Plus code to be entered, therefore unable to use my gift card?Last time I checked you can enter 1 code and 7 gift cards per order

In the shpback app after clicking on the ebay deal, there was a section where you could see ebay promos. A link to the $20 page was there, if you didn't click in that section then you might have just signed up to ebay plus for the $40 cashback only I think.

When I use a promo code on ebay that's not listed, it always comes up as calculating then changes to denied, I go through cashback sites even when using an unlisted code as I have had unlisted codes work and approved, so if code is better than cashback I still go through cashback just in case, if cashback is better I don't use unlisted codes. Every Ebay purchase that tracks as calculating always gets denied for me.

I was a plus member a year or more ago. Rejoined using Chrome (with Shopback buddy saying it had access, but was red instead of green), clicked on the Shopback webpage's link for the offer that combined it with the $20 voucher (which was instant). Have emails from eBay saying i'm a member and also a tax invoice (paid with Credit Card - charged $48.99), but nothing from Shopback as yet, and i'd say it'd be close to the 48 hour mark.

Try ask eBay to give you the voucher as if you clicked that banner link but by some reason it didn't track your click. Only knowing that you are aware of these $20 voucher promo, but haven't received any, they should give the voucher to you.

53 hours since I purchased the eBay Plus Membership on Chrome with the Shopback buddy having access to the site (but didn’t show up as green), still nothing tracking.
How do I report it as missing if I clicked multiple times for eBay Membership and which order ID do I enter? I only have email reference IDs for the Welcome to eBay Plus and a different one for the eBay Plus Invoice.

I lodged a missing claim and added "See screenshot" in order I'd field. Attached the screenshot of ebay Plus confirmation that I recd from ebay with time stamp.
Within 2 minutes ebay plus Cashback is showing as pending with $0 which should later change to $40 once confirmed.
Don't want to scare you or anything but CMIIW if you lodge a missing claim on any store (not only limited to ebay), SB will give you a notification that it tracks showing 0 or 'calculating' as they are investigating your case. Doesn't necessary mean it actually tracked successfully, as the outcome may still differ to what you expect. Think of it as a placebo effect for worried customers that at least something appears there.
Yeah get that, but if you have followed the rules and taken the deal it does get tracking. Worst case of it still doesn't, you can always provide more evidence etc. Generally if you followed all rules and steps it does get tracked. Sometimes could be delayed outcome though
I did exactly the same, and received exactly the same. As soon as submitting the missing cashback claim, it appeared to "track" at $0.00 with pending. I think it's just an automated response, and means very little. I hope i'm wrong, but it doesn't guarantee we'll get the $40 cashback.
I guess i'll give it a month or so, and if the cashback doesn't happen, i'll try and cancel the membership and get a partial refund from eBay.
I have contacted [email protected] as GotYourBack suggested. Hope that provides me with better answers, since I can see the click activity, I took screenshots of the Shopback Website, and both emails I received from eBay (one for welcome to eBay Plus, the other showing my credit card was charged), so i'm crossing my fingers and toes here hoping it'll sort itself out eventually.
@Graffin: Submitting missing cashback claim and contacting them via email are essentially the same thing. You just created two tickets for the same request. Doesn't mean they will give you priority or anything.
To be honest, based on what GYB said above and given some people are still waiting including myself, I would imagine they wouldn't investigate any specific case at this stage. Not until Wednesday at least.
But yeah, fingers crossed. Hope we all get the tracking message soon!

Yeah, the only difference being I could attach more than one screenshot to the email and was more detailed than the missing cashback claim with an order ID I didn't know and not entirely sure which click I purchased it on, because I clicked it a lot of times via the app and Chrome checking to see if there was a way to get the $40 + $20 voucher, and it seemed more straightforward in Chrome, so yeah… time will tell.

Same here. I clicked many times also. First on the app, but didn't want to risk going for the $20 voucher and missing out on the $40 cashback (or vice-versa). So, when GotYourBack said it was possible, I still couldn't find out how to do it in the app, so I went with Chrome (with the latest version of the Shopback Buddy extension), disabled AdBlock Plus and even turned off Anti-banner/Data Collection privacy within my internet security software so nothing would interfere with it.
The clicks via Chrome appear to be logged. But, no tracking and it's close to 72 hours now. The only thing that worries me is that the Shopback Buddy icon never turned green. It stayed red and said it had access to the site. That's it. I took screenshots of each step and have emails from eBay with timestamps to prove I went through with it and credit card was charged.
It shouldn't be this hard. It's like the whole CommBank Rewards mess all over again. Why does anything involving eBay have to be such a pain in the rear? Never have problems with any other purchases being tracked. Sigh.
Yea I believe the Shopback chromium extension is supposed to stay red during transaction, (happened with me too) But Once payment was done was green, somehow. I guess because I activated the "eBay Australia- upto 2%" cashback first too earlier.

I would be worried if it said "Calculating" as well. The merchant metadata usually will specify the total spend amount, and among other essential info like purchase date, transaction ID, etc.

I subscribed through shopback app on 20th May but didn't get any confirmation email from eBay or shopback regarding the order but money was taken out and it shows my active subscription when I log into Ebay. Anyone had the same issue? I've no idea how to reach out without order Id.Seeing I paid with PayPal I found my eBay Invoice ID inside the receipt that PayPal sent.

FYI, eBAY does not provide a tax invoice for eBay plus subscriptions. And if they tell you that one will be generated at the end of the month by their automated systems then they are misleading you. It is best pay for things on eBAY via PayPal, which does generate a tax invoice.
I personally feel eBAY plus is rubbish. I am not a fan of cashback or shopback either because they make too much profit from items not being “tracked”.

Have you had an eBay Plus trial before? Based on comments above, I think the reference to July implies that your "free trial month" needs to run and expire first. And then confirmation follows on from that.

I did buy some LEGO from eBay but didn’t bother using the Shopback app since I didn’t think I’d get any cashback for it anyway.
Likewise, in the app next to “eBay Plus Membership” shows Pending : Validating. Showing $0.00.
I’m confused. Seems to track clicks I don’t make but 72+ hours later, still not tracking clicks I do make.
Seems anything to do with eBay Plus always ends up being a headache.
I do have screenshots of the Shopback website I clicked on and the emails from eBay that show Welcome to eBay Plus and another that shows the charge on my credit card.
We’ve got an update from the team taking care of this one. Just to clarify, tracking for eBay Plus subscriptions isn’t as automated as other stores, so for that reason they’re going to be a little more delayed than even typical eBay purchases - I’d say leave 3-5 days from your subscription date for us to get the tracking for you. This means if you purchased Friday, your tracking should now be viewable in your Lifetime Earnings.
Another callout is if you’ve signed up using a free trial meaning that the cashback will track at $0 until the trial has ended, you likely won’t receive a notification for tracking. The tracking will still be viewable in your Lifetime Earnings, but you might be waiting on a notification which might not come through, so be aware of that.
Again, happy to help via DM if you have any specific q’s, but note that I’ve gotten a fair few DM’s since Friday so might be running a little behind getting through the backlog. Cheers!

Yes I did submit claim after the 2nd day, (so that would be fourth tracking), because at that time no information existed that operations team facing delays in tracking etc.

@wekimekigugudan: Yeah, I received an almost instant email timestamped 7:01pm titled "Robert, you just joined eBay Plus", followed by "Payment receipt for eBay Plus" at 7:25pm, but I paid using a credit card.
And, I think after the previous CommBank Rewards debacle where they didn't bill me until days later then cancelled on me, and then billed me twice, then cancelled again may have had something to do with it. It was a fustercluck then, and seems to be the same thing again with Shopback unfortunately.
I wouldn't worry too much if you paid via PayPal. That acts as a receipt and should be more than enough to prove you went through with the purchase. You should be being spammed by all the eBay Plus offers and emails as well.
I'd give it a few days. Once OzBargainers start reporting that their cashback is tracking properly, then maybe they'll eventually get to us and we can all breathe a collective sigh of relief. If,after a week nothing happens, then you should be able to cancel your eBay Plus Membership and get a refund (it may require some arm-twisting, but they will do it - even if you have used the $20 voucher).
Let's just hope GotYourBack and the crew at Shopback sort through this mess so we don't have to deal with eBay!

Nobody is tracking at the moment, but you should be able to see your $20 code at the top of your "my eBay" page on a desktop web browser.

Joined yesterday without a Trial and PayPal account was charged $48.99 immediately. $20 voucher was received immediately inside ebay account. However, no tracking at all at Shopback side. Even though it can be seen in the click history. I will wait to see whether GYB will report back the progress of solving this issue.

It's still available means shopback intend to honour it. As GYB's previous post, they're tracking these ebay plus orders manually. Likely both parties (shopback / ebay) underestimated the uptake of this offer and so they're probably behind.

I've used the Chrome extension on previous purchases and it worked just fine. Just today, did one for Canningvale, tracked immediately (though, not sure of the math) - $59.99 purchase with free shipping provided by Canningvale (automatically applied, not a promo code), yet $10.90 tracked by Shopback… not exactly the 20% as promised (I was expecting $11.99).
But, I agree… maybe put a halt on the offer until eBay and Shopback have this running more smoothly?

For those with cashbacks tracked at $0 that are "calculating", I got the email saying that I didn't qualify and referred this to GYB. Response is below so hopefully this helps some of you.
…that email is actually the auto-generated email that gets sent when an order tracks at a 0% rate. As detailed in the post about the offer, all orders will originally track at 0%, but will be corrected to the right amount when any trial period is over and/or the subscription has been confirmed by eBay.

I'm not on a trial either. Apparently it will take the team 3-5 days from tracking to amend, they are doing it manually. I'm hoping mine changes to $40 pending by the end of the week and then we wait until July for it to be confirmed.

You'd have zero chance of a refund from ebay as they didn't promote the offer. We all entered in to a contract of sale with eBay that made no mention of the $40 cashback.
You'd have more chance of making the claim against SB, but their terms and conditions protect them against that.

Indeed, eBay's contract for the $40 cashback is between ebay and SB, not eBay and the end consumer. All we have is the trust that SB will honour what they've promised. Sadly that trust has likely been eroded for many in recent days.

It would be more than $40 between eBay and SB. Probably more like $45. The rest ($40) is then paid to the customer once the merchant confirms the CB to SB.
Ebay customer service were completely disgraceful in my view. They thanked me for 21 years of loyalty and then proceeded to throw BS terms and conditions in my face for a service I have not used (voucher or subscription).

Just waiting for the $40 cashback to track now :). Regarding the Cashback tracking, last I read it was up to Ebay to send the data over to Shopback so they could confirm tracking and start the cash back process. Wouldn't be surprised at all if that hasn't happened yet given the timing with Ebay Plus weekend etc.

I'll be honest, even with the $40 Shopback cashback I was hesitant in signing up, it was only the $20 voucher that sweetened the deal - actually getting something for nothing.
It's probably eBay's screw up, but after sending Shopback screenshots of their website and the exact link I clicked on, followed up with emails from eBay (Welcome to eBay Plus and Payment Receipt for eBay Plus - both with timestamps that correspond to the click activity shown in Chrome and the Shopback app. What more proof do they need?
Wait until July 20 to make sure we haven't cancelled? Surely they can track it properly, show that we will get the $40, and re-check again with eBay if we're still active Plus members. I have lodged a dispute as there was no indication that this would be a foreign transaction to begin with. All amounts were in AUD.
I also payed using NAB Debit card for one, and revolut for other one, Havent been charged international fee for either one. Or may be that my account dont even have $1 to be charged, if charged would probably get denied since no money in acc.

Perhaps when it goes through the PayPal gateway, the transaction is charged via the Swiss account, and thus the bank slaps on the Fee, whereas if charged by eBay directly it doesn't.

Yeah. I made 2 eBay transactions, and have just had 2 $0 tracking events show up. One of the transaction IDs matches a purchase I made, and the other does not match the other purchase, but does match the date and time of the purchase. There's a chance it's for eBay Plus, but it's strange that the date and time line up with something else I bought.

I think that's what is going to happen unfortunately. GYB said it would track at $0.00 then change to $40.00. Neither of that has happened (unless i've missed a post somewhere).
They could just honor their promo and show the potential cashback is $40.00 which will become available July 20th, check with eBay then, and pay up. If it gets rejected at that point, I think we have valid reasons to sever ties with both eBay and Shopback. It shouldn't have been this difficult or stressful.
Even with the $40 cashback and $20 voucher, ignoring the somewhat inflated or jacked up prices on eBay, we come out $11 ahead or $16 if we use the $5 monthly Plus voucher on a separate purchase. That's best case scenario. I think most of us would not have signed up for eBay Plus had it not been for this deal. Not worth the stress or hassle if we knew then what we know now.

Typically in the past when there were issues between shopback/ebay, we at least got an email acknowledging it and an indicative timeframe was given. While ebay is part to blame, shopback aren't doing their part by being transparent about the issue(s).
I replied to a message GYB sent yesterday for further info but he didn't respond today.
I ended up lodging a missing cashback through Shopback and it went through instantly. Now its in calculation. If yours still hasn't tracked, it probably isn't gonna track so you'll need to manually lodge it.
That doesn’t mean much. Their system just creates an artificial tracking automatically when you lodge a missing Cashback.
Try this:
Look through your click history and pick one of the clicks that you know that you never went through the transaction
Lodge a missing Cashback claim on it and just make up an order number and upload some random pdf document for invoice
I can guarantee you will immediately receive a “missing Cashback” tracking showing up.
You won’t get the Cashback though - since you never went through with the transaction.

I work in marketing and I wouldn't go anywhere near eBay as a potential partner given what I've seen.

Before today, shopback only had "Calculating" for the annual membership. This morning a new line was added showing tracking for $40, but I still have the "Calculating" line as well.

Where do I find my ebay Plus Order ID, if I have paid by CC?
The "Transaction ID" in my CC history, looks to be a banking transaction id, rather than an eBay transaction ID.
And, in my eBay account, "My eBay Plus" > "Edit membership" > "View invoice" takes me to my eBay "Seller Account" where I can see that my CC payment of $48.99 was posted to my CC account, but I don't see any invoice/order details.
Is my Order Id the CC Description of "EBAY PLUS 888-749-322 AUS" rather than the Transaction ID which looks like a 37 digit GUID??
I have the same set of numbers in my CC description (with an extra number at the end) so I don't think that'll be it.

The invoice for my transaction won't be generated until 15 June.
But the 6 digit "Authorisation code" in the "Payment receipt for eBay Plus" email/message with the CC card, will allow eBay to match this transaction to my ShopBack dispute.If you got the $20 voucher from signing up to eBay Plus then that comes with a code that looks unique as well. It was displayed immediately following signing up (I took a screen print of mine) and subsequently e-mailed. However, my e-mail didn't arrive until following day. I'll be keeping screen print as it shows date/time on my PC, which was 1 minute after clicking through Shopback's eBay Plus link.

Mine didn't track either so I lodged a missing cashback claim. If I was the only person that had this problem then I'd be concerned. However, given it's a widespread problem, I'm confident it will get resolved and we'll get the cashback in due course. There's too many people complaining about it not being tracked for SB to not honour their offer. It would be a PR disaster and I suspect SB would have a case to answer to ACCC. So if you did the right thing and it didn't track, just lodge a missing cashback claim and wait for SB to sort it out.

Many of these subscription based services you are legally contracted with the provider until which time you cancel the service .
In such circumstances cutting the funding does not end your financial liability if the business chooses.

With this promo, I used Chrome with the ShopBack Buddy, went to the Shopback website, clicked on the link that had the $20 voucher that took me straight to eBay Plus, paid it, got the emails from eBay to prove I went through with it, all with timestamps. Just track the $40 already.
I then have a 20% purchase tracking from Canningvale, but 20% of $59.99 should be $11.99, not $10.90 as per the tracking. So, they're taking GST out? That's my only guess.
And, my latest one… I made a purchase on Nike.com.au using Edge on my desktop because I couldn't be bothered faffing about with ShopBack for a few $, and somehow that pops up as being tracked with $5.40 instantly… what? Edge doesn't even have an extension installed (unlike Chrome/Firefox). I did click the ShopBack app yesterday to see if Nike was there and how much cashback was on offer, but backed out and placed the order on my desktop today.

The 2 months from the date of tracking is the confirmation period.
SB needs to fix up the tracking before then. I expect to see a $40 pending (as would everyone) once this whole mess is fixed.

No matter what the outcome is, this is a massive fail by Shopback and eBay.
- Shopback knew early on that there was a problem with tracking - and their response was to keep going for days and allow hundreds or thousands more failed trackings to occur. They were obviously more concerned about earning commissions than their customers and in the process allowed the problem to grow and delayed fixing the problem for early customers
- then they sent out the ridiculously worded "good news" e-mail, which included the reassuring advice "In the mean time, we will proceed to reject this missing cashback claim."
It just goes from bad to worse - and even if we all get out $40 cashback, everyone will still remember this as an epic failure by Shopback and probably eBay.

So the missing claim they added is now showing as rejected but supposedly somewhere the $40 claim is now being tracked. However, I can't see it and it hasn't resulted in a $40 increase in my lifetime earnings or pending earnings. Obviously it's not that straightforward, otherwise they wouldn't have asked whether I'm able to find it!! Although there appears to be some progress, not being able to find it doesn't reflect well on Shopback's systems, which are already under question by this debacle

I presume what they mean is that it's now being tracked - but until we get our s#it together and sort it out properly it's showing as rejected. I'm not sure how they see this as a positive move. I can understand them having system issues that they need to resolve but Shopback obviously believes this e-mail will give their customers confidence that the problem is being fixed. "Good news". How does telling me my purchase is now being tracked but "we will proceed to reject this missing cashback claim" translate to being good news??? It reflects poorly on the people who are overseeing this mess i.e. this is not just a tracking problem. It's also growing into a communication/customer service mess!!

@Captain Hindsight: Lucky it was only a "slight error" and that it will only be another 72 hours (doesn't sound as bad as 3 days) before the system refreshes and your problem is fixed…..hopefully.

finally compelled to neg this deal man, I gave Shopback a lot of time to fix up the tracking before negging this deal. They still are all showing on 22 May 3 signups, when i signed up 1 on 20 May, and 1 on 24 May.
I am very certain, would have had not applied at all if SB was not offering this deal, which is clearly a debacle.

If they havent provided you with a service then yeah you can do the chargeback. If they've already provided you with a year's worth of Ebay Plus and then you initiate a chargeback on them, that's fraud.
Yeah one of the eBay plus accounts I have not been provided with $5 monthly vouchers. Have tried to contact eBay multiple times, they are useless empty headed people as usual, been a while too since original request on i am not been provided with $5 vouchers so that particular transaction should be eligible for chargeback, this one would top up on that if this CB doesnt get allow
As @fuzor mentioned, you can't lodge chargebacks willy nilly. They have provided the main service which is eBay Plus membership.

I held off logging a claim because I figured they were working on the issue but still nothing so I've logged a claim today. I hadn't used ShopBack that much in the past just because I was a cash rewards member early on. I'm going to be super pissed if the cashback doesn't come through as I never would have purchased the membership at full price.

On the other hand, i did purchase something because of Shopback rewards. However, i feel i'm trapped after i receive a email saying my purchase is not tracked with 3 reasons.

- if you have saved item in a cart, remove the item first.

Shopback did not clearly tell how do they track and in which point the track will be 100% logged and success. And cash back from shopback is not straight forward and secured sometime. e.g. You may need to spend extra time to maintain your shopback reward. if you don't care, they won't fix the cash reward for you.

I had to contact Shopback as nothing appeared in my cashback list. They replied to say that it is now being tracked. Now in the cashback list it says:

Under status: "Rejected".

If using a browser, login to your Shopback account. Go to Cashback overview. Look for Click Activity at the top of the table of transactions and click on it. Find the related click through for the transaction in question. Click on that entry and then click on Report a Missing Cashback.
If you don't have the click through tracked then there's a option for reporting missing cashback on the Cashback overview page.
Joined eBay Plus on 24 May, gave the benefit of the doubt in the hope that it would eventually track, but unfortunately still nothing as of today.
Will have to send off an email later and see how it goes. Hopefully there won't be any issues as I'm sure that like many here, I wouldn't have joined eBay Plus if it wasn't for this promo 😔

I’ve sent in multiple missing cashback claims lodged via the app 6 days ago and I have gotten no response at all. Do not trust shopback anymore and would strongly advise against using their service. Cash rewards is superior in every aspect

As for your q, we do run end-to-end testing and only give the green light if the testing is reliable. Sometimes there are anomalies and things we can't account for as is expected, but we never expect the bumps in the road to be this big.

managed to get my eBay plus membership cancelled & refunded (as said by eBay) on one of the account out of two, - not as good as getting $40 cashback for both account, but I was sort a loosing hope on Shopback actually being able to get me $40 cashback for two accounts.

Received a email reply from shopback today and the tracking has been manually updated to my account showing $40 cashback pending after putting in a missing cashback application. Hopefully they've managed to fix things.

Purchased on 20th, lodged on the 26th after the full 5 days had lapsed. Got the message from support saying it had tracked but it still wasn't visible in my account and my application marked as rejected. But then email Today with it manually added on shopback end and appears. Just put eBay plus in the order ID box

Just put "not available". That's what I did and it worked just fine.
What a terrible experience. Had to trawl through the comments to try and figure out how to find an order ID, which ended up being sending an email to Shopback Australia <[email protected]>.
Wasted 20 minutes to do all this. Would have missed it and lost $40 if I didn't remember to check. Still a chance the claim may not be successful

Really getting sick of these generic emails saying they've done something when all they do is copy/paste replies without actually checking the account.
Hey mate, sorry for the frustration here! This email is indeed automated when claims are approved, the initial claim line will come through as "rejected" and a new line will be added in your cashback overview above it shortly after. It's just a quirk in our system that means it has to come through like that.
Depending on whether you're using our app or the website to look at your earnings, there should be a cashback overview under your account tab on the website, or you can tap the "Lifetime Earnings" box at the toip of the homepage on our app to see each line individually.
There might be a slight delay for it at this time due to the volume of claims for this one, so give it a day and reach out via DM if you don't see a change. Happy to get it sorted.

The new line was actually UNDER my missing claim, and appeared on the next page (due to how often I've used SB since signing up to eBay Membership).

Says I can expect confirmation by 20 July 2022. Once confirmed, I can withdraw the $40.
@chrisie: I think this is the best you can get at this stage. Nobody will get their $40 approved straight away, you still have to wait as per the T&C. At least we are on the right track now.

Still no tracking or mail from SB, used authorisation ID for missing and PayPal invoice ID as extra info, very frustrating
Have also DM'd as mine is still not tracking. lodged missing claims and it's showing as "Calculating" but no email or confirmation of this being tracked correctly yet.
I just got a tracking notification of $40 for eBay plus. I had lodged the missing cashback prior as per GYB's advice so I have another entry and it's still 'Calculating', which I'm guessing will be rejected at some point as what everyone else has reported so far.
When I lodged the missing cashback, I put "not available" on the transaction ID field so in case you're wondering, it doesn't really matter what you put in there.

If you check the store, approval timeframe is 60 days.
If you have it tracking in your account, I would just be thankful for that.
A lot of us (including myself) are not even at that stage yet.
Yup I totally get it, But again because of it being tracked at wrong date I got not a clue what account it is associated to.
Saves me from asking eBay to refund me on that account hopefully now.
If you don't know which entry links to which membership, you should get both of them to track initially. That would be the safest move.

Got my Cashback today, just needed that lil patience we lack soo much of thesedays.
I was annoyed too, but ShopBack was just overwhelmed by OZB.Still nothing here, cashback not tracked. Reported 9 days ago. Followed up yesterday emailing Shopback with the eBay username and email address, because I provided the eBay order ID, but since read here that it's better to provide eBay username and email.
Received a very canned response today, nothing to do with the info I had provided, telling me I should wait until the investigation is completed, and not acknowledging that I had provided further info. I suspect it hasn't been read properly, let alone actioned.
I'll wait but don't have high hopes given the response I've received.
I just checked my Shopback account at 11.30pm and finally my $40 cashback is showing with a reference number. I have been a regular checker and not used my $20 voucher or $5 mthly discount, just in case I decided to try get a refund from eBay.
I did submit a missing cashback claim back around May 25, but I think this has added the cashback under its own processes.
Although an approval is still pending, I see absolutely no reason for it to not be approved and funded. Feeling relieved as a first time Shopback user :)

It shouldn't even be 2 months. Given you can't return/refund ebay plus like physical items, it should be a week tops.

My mistake, not approved, just that the $40 has been assigned, no longer calculating. Still in a pending state awaiting validation but now it has an August deadline instead of July.

He does deliver what he promises.For the record, my claim is still stuck at "Calculating".
He has asked for a bit more patience from us all as not every part of the tracking process is under his or SB's control.While I think GYB should've provided more regular updates and I agree this is a shambles, I think you're being hard on them with your choice of language.
