I got the v3 version a few weeks back (was $319 on sale) and it's quite nice. Biggest difference is the peak brightness (300 nits VS 250 on this v2), and I believe they've improved the stand slightly too.
So in fact it's 4ms, not 1ms. Pretty shady advertising
Definitely shady, but in fairness almost every monitor released in the last decade posts extremely misleading response times.
Considering a monitor with an IPS panel and higher refresh rate was as low as this, this isn't the best deal.

Bought this monitor awhile back with the tiktok money and gotta say it's pretty good - the VA panel is very rich in black and the curved is just the right amount. although the base is abit wide but i don't mind it

back then, the tiktok was giving out money for referring to all your friends and family and partner and colleagues
I bought this with real money and was still very pleased with it, especially the black levels. I use it for fps and can see further into the shadows than the dell IPS I replaced it with.
It seems there is a new gen 3 model.
