Offer Terms:

During the 16 hour promo, cashback for BWS is capped at $30 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 8am to 11:59pm AEST 12/05/2022. Penfolds is excluded from cashback. Online only offer.

Store Terms:

  • Cashback is ineligible on Penfolds.
  • BWS online orders paid partially or in full with any gift cards or Everyday Rewards dollars will be ineligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made through the BWS app.
  • Cashback is ineligible when using codes not listed on Cashrewards, unless associated with a particular offer specifically advertised on Cashrewards.
  • Cashback is ineligible for members located in the Northern Territory.
  • If items are not viewable when searching, ensure you first set your store location within the BWS website.

        To: [email protected]
        Subject: Re: Your BWS Tracking
        Include: (as per noted on their email): To Attach a full copy of your order confirmation displaying your order number, order date and payment information in JPG or PDF format.
        Sidenote: and this is assuming that you do have a "Click History" showing on CR for the transaction. This way they can tally against it.

  • Would preferring been a ‘non tracking person’ than having part of the order cancelled; at least you guys now surely have a chance of getting cash back!

  • Anyone got their cashback back after that email? I submitted claim on 17th and then again on 20th……nothing still!!

      I don't think there was a need to submit it twice.

      I got a response saying that the cashback will be added to my account as pending temporarily until BWS respond to confirm.

      • I replied to the email but didn't get a confirmation. Will wait abit more.

      Champagne was definitely not listed as an exclusion this time around. Usually it is though.
