Exclusions

Any exceptions will be at the store's discretion.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows
Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.

Tracking
Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Uber Eats terms and conditions:

  • Cashback is eligible on orders paid with Uber Wallet.
  • This is a Cashback offer by ShopBack, not Uber Eats.
  • Orders must be placed with Uber Eats within 2 hours after clicking through to the Uber Eats website or mobile app from ShopBack in order to be eligible for Cashback.

      Hey AkuroPlays, don't know and I've never done a price match/beat at TCB.
      It would have to be the first UE order as TCB states:

      A maximum of one (1) 'New Customer' rate is permitted per TopCashback account. Having any previous orders in your account will deem you an 'Existing Customer'.

      More than happy to do that. Out of curiosity, what does giving a rating do to you as a delivery person? i.e. do you get a bonus for so many 5-star reviews or?

    App says $0.10 not 10% for existing users

      Unfortunately ShopBack has expired the 10% cashback offer for existing customers.
      Only $25 cashback for new customers now.
      I didn't place an order as I wasn't expecting it to expire when it was advertised till 6th April.
