      • yes, I'm a concierge member and haven't received any of the credits this year at all. Thankfully, I did get this offer though.

        • Apparently the issue is due to the fact I have a GG commercial account with the same email address. Sounds like a too bad, so sad case….

    • They tried to screw me around. Numerous calls and emails since buying, I asked to be put through to a manager (yes, I can be a Karen!), But they couldn't. They instead escalated internally. Just got an email with a manual $100 credit as a "gesture of good will"……

      • Damn that is really poor. Why is this not automatic.

        • The fine print stated you need to be subscribed to marketing before purchase and until you received the credit. My problem specifically was my account wouldn't let me login (even with correct password). Followed up be extremely poor communication on their end.

    Just wondering if anyone has had an update, or some form of communication from The Good Guys, with regards to their orders of this machine (with delivery).
    The availability of mine is still 'Backordered', and the order date seems to have been updating every 10 days. (Now showing the Order Date as 25 May, 2022).
    I did submit an online enquiry around this a while ago, however haven't heard anything back as yet.

  • I picked up my machine on 5th May and still waiting for the store credit.
    Staff said that they will email me the store credit at a later stage.
    Followed up with the store who told me to contact their head office on 1300 466 348.
    Head Office auto message said they cannot handle anything to do with promotions and store credit and call back at a later stage.
    Logged a query to their Customer Care Team online.
    We'll see what happens.

    • at least you still got to pick up your machine.. I'm still waiting for mine to be delivered with no ETA. I used TGG gift cards to purchase otherwise I would have just cancelled it and paid more for the Binglee one.

    • Exact same issue. We got through last week and they said they would follow up with promos team. Heard nothing since and now the line is gone. Not a great experience so far

    I cracked it, and just bought the Harvey Norman one for $999 - was in stock at the places I need it. Sent a cancelation request to TGG.
