    Hi Flickit, yes it has. Our CEO and founder, Ron Hodge registered the company back in 1999 with friends from university. They started the original company to provide opportunities for people to take part in stock floats. As you can see from the ABN search https://abr.business.gov.au/AbnHistory/View?id=70089038531 they registered a number of business names. The entity name also evolved but has been INVESTSMART FINANCIAL SERVICES PTY LTD since December 2002.
