My speakers are rated at 8 Ohms and this receiver only takes 6 Ohms, does it matter? Can I still connect the two together with any possible damage done to the units? Thanks.

No to the zones, you will need to go next models up to be able to do zones. You can stream music via bluetooth, this doesn't have HEOS compatibility therefore only content you stream via bluetooth.
ARC only I think, rather than e-ARC.
