do these mix well with water for use in a foaming dispenser?
Yep, exactly what I use them for.
Just need to make sure they are sufficiently dilute - I usually use at least 6:1 water to liquid soap ratio (dilute more with water if need be).
Usually get a bit too much soap in first few squirts after just refilled a foaming soap dispenser, but settles to be just right after that.
