Yeah, it's available for all stores (I think) but after you complete the survey online in the past you were given a link to a pdf. In other words, you could just print out the pdf instead of doing the survey. Not sure if they fixed that bug.
The link to download the voucher is specific to your survey, instead of the original generic link. The final voucher 9 300601570058 (to 27 May) is the same for everybody. I would post the snip of the voucher up, but really is against the spirit of it all, and they stopped the generic address for that reason I would think. The survey is easy, takes 2 mins, and you don't need to enter any details about yourself if you don't want to.
They always try to give me a brochure for this when I go to Coles. Have never bothered, but never spend more than $30 in a single shop. You're better off getting the specials from both coles and woolworths in any one week - will save you more than $5.
But this $5 is on top of any other savings (if you spend at least $100)!
Wish I knew about this as Coles just opened nearby - got a free $20 gift card when spent over $100 on first day, but $5 more would have been sweet. I stocked up on packaged goods on special (up to 50% off). Will keep me fed for a while.

It may be old but its still a bargain…if I only shop at Coles, then I can't save it elsewhere. That to me is a bargain. Sorry this disappointed you.

if you only shop at Coles, this has been available to you for over a year now… the vouchers have been at every register… It's a normal offer, not a bargain…
I just buy the coles gift card from entertainment book. Get 5% disocunt, no need to spend $100 at once nor need to answer survey. But hardcore OZB can get the giftcard, and do this as well so get 10% off.
