Uber Eats is still pushing their Grocery Delivery section. Got this email for $15 off Min $20 spend.
Not sure if targeted, but would mostly work if you havent placed any Grocery order yet on UE.
With Grocery prices going thru the roof, I think this is a good option for a few items which are not marked-up on UE.
Eg:
At IGA on UberEats –
Vegetable Oil: $3.35 for 750ml. Order 6 = $20.10 (Prices may vary a bit by location)
Get $15 off using voucher = $ 5.10
Add $1.99 Delivery (for me, again, YMMV)
Add $ 2.01 Service Fee (10% for me)
Total $9.10 and you get 4.5L of Vegetable Oil.
Get $3 Cashback from Shopback, so effective cost is $6.10 delivered.
Today,
Vegetable Oil retails at $3.95 for a 750ml bottle at Woolies/Coles, so 4.5L would be: $23.70 (Savings of $17.60)
Vegetable Oil retails at $7.50 for 2L at Woolies, and $7.40 at Coles, so 4.5L would be: $16.65 (Savings of $10.55)
