This is a cheap option for anyone looking to get started in a smart home system or simply looking to upgrade. The multi-mode gateway supports Zigbee 3.0, Tuya and Bluetooth smart home devices.     Uses the Smart Life app and doesn't appear to be compatible. You'd need to use Home Assistant to integrate them all.

      But will it work with most retail "smart home" products? I'm just starting to explore this and wonder if I can add on all types/a wide range of common products (Bunnings/generic) down the track? That's what the ali page suggests. Is this correct?
