Hi Everyone! Thank you for the interest in this offer. We are seeing a lot of traffic currently on the site causing some delays. If you are facing this issue please feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected] or DM us with your details. If you contact use during the promotional period we will still provide the gift card.
Wouldn't it be easier if you fixed the website? 655 clicks indicates there is barely any traffic so that clearly isn't the issue.
Hi Raveen, our team is working on it. Just want to make sure everyone has access to the promotion :)
You should call your provider and see if they can update your plan.
Manyo this could be an issue with your web browser, kindly try using a private/incognito window to open the link, or you can try deleting the cookies and cache files from the settings of your web browser.
Hi Everyone, happy to say the page is now working. If you are still having issues or need assistance feel free to reach out to the Econnex team.

It's working now.
I suffered a weird sort of micro packet loss on Superloop (HFC) that just made work meetings unbearable compared to other providers. Although the price was handy, the unexplainable complete micro dropouts that would happen sporadically during each day I was there gave me boundless headaches, especially for video conferencing.
Same happened to me and my only Fans account
I am using this deal to broker a better deal with my current provider because the next button wont work.
^^ in bold and highlighted in italic because of
next buttonJust got a $25 a month reduction with my current provider.
Manyo, this is not your fault but I would suggest telling the higher ups that when you go live with a deal, that your back end can accommodate it.
I was willing to switch, the next button was a deal breaker and in that time I got a better deal with my own provider.
Just some feedback for your managers.Hi tommy wiseau, It's really unfortunate to see you go, however, we would really like to thank you for your feedback, rest assured that it will be forwarded to the relevant team.
my service has been activated - when do we receive the giftcard?
plentifoo, as per T&C you will receive your gift card after 90 days from the date of activation.
after 90 days or within 90 days?
How will it be sent to me? Do i have to chase anyone up?
I've been activated on my superloop account now for nearly a month, applying through the econnex landing site.
Once the next button starts working.
They are going to slaughter me with the new connection fee for $300.
Hi CoreJava, if you have paid in past mostly likely you will not be charged, but if there is a charge the team will confirm before processing
My current plan will be expired in 3 months, can I sign up now and activate the service after 3 months? Is that still qualified for this promiton?
Hi Windy711, unfortunately, there is no way to delay the activation for such a long time.
Bring the expiry to your existing plan early
Manyo - there's no option to select an activation date via the econnex registration page. if it's the 'are you moving' option, it needs to be changed because most people are NOT moving homes and immediately ignore this question.
i've ignored it and thought that I could discuss my connection date further in the registration process with superloop, but unfortunately, they activated the service immediately and now I'm liable to pay both superloop and my current NBN provider TPG for a month's service as I'm still running the course of the 30 day termination notice.
I doubt econnex are going to take any responsibility for this but just a heads up for those registering on their deplorable website.
plentifoo, apologies for the inconvenience caused to you, Kindly DM us your contact number/email id so that we can track your application and investigate why you were not able to select the activation date, while applying for the connection, as this option should have been available on the page.
It does ask you for an activation date later on in the application.
I'll run thru the application again, might be my oversight
How is 'new customer' defined. I've had superloop in the past but left them about 7 months ago. Will I be eligible?
Hi sharky_k, yes you are eligible for the deal, Kindly sign up through https://compare.econnex.com.au/Ozbargain-superloop/ journey to find a suitable plan for you.
Thanks. I have submitted an application. I recieved the signup confirmation email from econnex but it doesn't mention the $100 giftcard. Is there confirmation somehow that the $100 giftcard offer has been tracked and applied to the account?
sharky_k, as per T&C you will receive your gift card after 90 days from the date of activation, further kindly reach out to our support team at [email protected] and send your contact number/email id so that we can track your application.
Does anyone know if Superloop does credit check for application? It looks like a prepaid and hopefully no credit enquiry from Superloop
Hey ja912son, there will be no credit checks performed.
Website is borked.. can't click next
Hi Joejoeinc, happy to say the page is now working. If you are still having issues or need assistance feel free to reach out to the Econnex team, Kindly sign up through https://compare.econnex.com.au/Ozbargain-superloop/ journey to find a suitable plan for you.
Last time with the same deals, I called Econnex up to choose the collection date.
They said I must stay with them for 3 months to get that $100 WWL GC.Website seems to be working this morning. Signed up and was able to nominate activation date.
@OP: How long does it take for you to send details to Superloop? More interested in turn around time and what if existing NBN is about to expire in the next day or two whether this will be processed on time otherwise current carrier will charge for another month.
Interested in knowing this too. I signed up a couple of hours ago and am porting from Aussie Broadband with FTTP.
Hey Borg, Please be advised, if you are going for a BYO modem, the application will be processed in 24 business hrs.
Thanks Manyo.
@Icer: General FYI on process: I called Superloop an hour ago to ask as I submitted one late last night. They noted that once the form is received from eConnex that it then processes in their systems usually within 30mins. The churn itself is also quick and on the day.
As I had to process one quickly as current was expiring, she asked me to shot them through my eConnex confirmation email. The lady I spoke to said she would chase it up (which she did).
Within 30mins of my call I received Two emails from Superloop
* Your order has been received! (This incl account login details. Just do a Password reset to get password as we didn;t choose a password when signing up)
* Superloop Home Broadband Important Documents (General link to docs)Now just waiting to see how long the Churn across takes. I'll report back when churned.
Thanks for the info @borg. I had a smooth transition over to Superloop. Submitted request at 9.30am in the morning and I was just connected to Superloop after 2pm after receiving a couple of SMS messages and a few emails. The only thing I had to do was connect my router to UNI-D1. I was originally on UNI-D2. There is an email from Superloop that advised which port to connect to. I should mention I had no problem using the Econnex website too.
@lcer: Ha…………..and here I am at 5PM still waiting for Churn!
@Borg: Borg, in order to investigate further, please share your email or contact number at [email protected] or call us on -1800 013 000, so that we can track your application and provide you with an update.
@Borg: Contact Superloop via live chat if your churn is urgent as NBN Co may have requested a Proof of Occupancy form.
@Reveen: Thanks Manyo & Reveen.
I did make contact with Superloop via chat. He noted that my transfer was set as a new setup. All rather strange as I was chatting to them at 1pm checking if they receive my app and they already knew ot was a Churn. Wires are crossed. Anyhow, he noted that he would kick off the transfer. Time will tell as that was 2 hours ago.@Borg: I gave up and cancelled my Transfer. Truly shocking Cust service by Superloop and no way to talk to anyone. You just sit on hold. If you enter your phone for them to call back (which I did yesterday), good luck with that. Still no call back. I ended up in Chat yesterday afterwhich they noted all was well and process was now underway. Today. Still nothing, no SMS, or email. I called "New Accounts" area who could not advise and transferred me into the Churn Queue. Again on hold over 1.5 hours now and then timed out and line went dead. Nice.
I gave up and just opened a CHAT window and cancelled the transfer after they were painful trying assist and was getting nowhere.
Ah well, my take away = Superloop support is shocking and even for customers trying to connect to them hence happy not to go there. For me, it was better find out now I suppose rather than after Churning over. I hope all your experiences are better than mine.
I received the order confirmation email from Superloop just then for an order I placed this morning. I requested activation on 1 April but that's not mentioned anywhere on the email from Superloop, which worries me slightly but hopefully it all works out.
Placed an order yesterday specifying today as the connection date and I was churned over with no issues.
That’s a good idea, I signed up as ASAP so hopefully mine goes through today then…
Hi, I have a referral from my friend. I believe it can’t be used with this offer, right?
yj320696, unfortunately, as per T&C this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other corporate offer or discount.
Thanks. Do I need disconnect current ISP?
yj320696, yes, we recommend you inform your current provider once your services have switched.
Thanks OP, signed up with Spintel the other week and the speeds were terrible. Signed up to Superloop thanks to this post.
Two months straight up free would be better…
Just to echo, the website is working fine for me.
A question though, if I sign up today and have the service activated in end of April, is this still eligible for $100 woolies gift card?Hi eegos, Yes, you can sign up today and delay your activation and still be eligible for this deal, Kindly sign up through https://compare.econnex.com.au/Ozbargain-superloop/, Please be advised, do not miss the option of activation date(ASAP or connection date) that will appear on 3rd page of the journey.
Hi @mayo can this be done via email, try to call the 1800 it is always an answer phone service, leave details for call back, they call back randomly, I'm in meetings etc, number they call on you can't call back, call 1800 wash, rinse repeat.
Hi Fastjam, Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you, please let us know best time when we should call you, we would just need 10 mins of your time.
Thanks switched from futurebroadband $111 offer.. I was moving home and they would not transfer the service at the same price which I specifically checked.. this should be good for the next 6 months and I am sure OZBargain will find me another better one in the next 6 months!
Terms and conditions when I went to sign up:
"8. After 6 months, Superloop will bill you ($995) the monthly fee applicable to the service you selected at the time of signing up."
Um, what ?
Hi 6828, can you please confirm which plan are you trying to sign-up for?
Thanks for the fast reply Manyo. The 100/40 Unlimited plan.
Hey6828, we can confirm that the discounted cost for this plan is $79.95 for the first 6 months and after that it will change back to $98.95, rest assured that you will not be billed for $995, we have also reviewed the terms & conditions and there seems to be no error.
@Manyo: Thanks for looking into that for me.
It's on the last page where it says: "Your acknowledgement and acceptance" under "How the Offer works"
I can send you a copy of what I saw if you like?
I've completed the application now BTW.
FYI: I was connected to Superloop within 3 hours of applying via Econnex.
Very thankful for @Manyo for assisting here on OZB. 😀
@Manyo
I signed up for a future date connection. Got a confirmation from ecconex.
In case of future dispute, how do I prove that I signed up via the promo link?
Hi kickling, if you have used the correct promo link then, you do not have to worry about it, as our system will track the application based on the link you used to sign up and if you still have any issue, you can share your application reference number/ phone number/email id used while doing the signup, so that we can track your application and advise you accordingly.
Ok thanks. I definitely used the link you posted above. If there's any issues I'll follow up based on your advice.
OP, how far in future we can select the activation. Could we request activation in 2 months time and sign up now? Also, to confirm as per condition (minimum of 30+days) do we need to stay with superloop atleast for 2 months to get gift card? Does superloop do pro-rata refund if you know?
Fyi I signed up to start on 23rd June
do we have to stay with them for 2 months (i.e >30 days) to get gift card if you know…
You must have the service for 30 days
Hi s0805, as per terms and conditions, you can request activation in 2 months time and sign up now, please be advised, you have to stay with Super loop for 30 days after the date of activation and in case the service is canceled within the first 30 days(of activation) the transaction would be deemed invalid and you will receive a $100 Woolworths Store Bonus eGift Card by email up to 90 days after you have successfully activated your service.
Did anyone else get a call from Superloop asking for more information?
I missed the call then called back and waited for 1.5 hours but couldn’t wait any longer. Sent them an email a few days ago but haven’t heard back.
Yeah, their support is awful. I had to cancel my transfer due to no way to contact them and current providor was due to renew in 2 days (last Fri). Left my callback number as got bored sitting on hold. I never did hear back to either calls and that was Wed. Likewise with email enquiry. Best bet is to use the Live Chat. They are quick there but limited to what they assist with.
Oh damn I thought they had good support as it’s Aussie based. I don’t have the live chat after logging in and tried a few browsers too.
I was just about to sign up for More Telecom (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/684224?page=3#comment) but $100 voucher is much better.
I don't understand why Superloop (and most other providers) offer discounted prices for only 6 months.
Manyo so it turns out Superloop was trying to call me as I couldn't nominate on the form that I acknowledge I am transferring from my previous NBN provider.
I said no to moving house on the Econnex form so not sure what happened there?
Hi billybob1978, Super loop sometimes does cross verification, just to confirm whether it's a transfer or move-in connection, rest assured your file has been successfully submitted with Super loop as transfer connection.
Okay but my point was you should add it to the form.
Absolutely agree as that's what stuffed mine up and ended up cancelling as was too late to churn. They thought mine was a new connection regardless of me noting "not moving house". Superloop are not receiving full info i.e. existing connection exists and only moving to "churn".
Coming from Belong initially and using their modem I can’t believe how easy and painless the whole process was when transferring from Spintel (their support was terrible).
Yeah I received a voicemail and the wait time to call back was long but I dare say they were OzBargained. They replied to me this morning and as promised followed up with a phone call a few hours later to confirm it’s a transfer.
Then this afternoon the Wi-Fi switched off and the modem automatically reconfigured (had to manually update the settings when with Spintel for a few weeks and forgot how to do it as it’d been years) not long afterwards and the ping results are already back to a normal level (under 10ms).
Transition is super smooth and quick. It only took less than 24 hours to move from my current service provider. And internet speed is very fast at this time and will test during evening. Hope the connection will be reliable. Thanks Manyo and $100 gc is a bonus.
Fantastic - thank you for the feedback, we are glad you are enjoying your new service!
Any promo switching to Belong? Looking to switch asap. Thanks
For those who moved from TPG to Superloop. How is Superloop vs TPG? Seems like I can use TPG Modem: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/530611
I'm getting 103.4 down and 17.9 up right now with TPG. I'm on 100 mbps plan.
