Which one is best for stir fry cooking?
You are better off using vegetable oil or peanut oil for stir frying
Only if you want the pan super-hot, which is not healthy.
If the pan is not hot, you are doing it wrong
@as01: Thankyou captain obvious. Any other stunning insights?
I found this write up recently when trying to find which was safest between vegetable and canola oil:

They present the results of a lab test that was done to measure the formation of no-good chemicals when the oil is heated to over 240C. Turns out extra virgin olive oil is the best. Interesting read. The worst were sunflower oil, grapeseed oil, canola oil and rice bran oil.
Not debunking the science but Dr Joanna is paid mouth piece for the olive oil industry.
