        I would advise using our ShopBack app if you're sceptical about tracking.
        Typically using a Laptop/Desktop comes with challenges (third-party software, adblockers, VPNs, other extensions, cookies from other websites/searches).

        These are minimal on our app.

          Thanks, I will keep shopback in mind and wait for a deal like this for my next 2k or 3k purchase on tv. edit: I somehow knew shopback will do a deal right after the afterpay deal finished, luckily the tv I just bought is less than 1k.

        Should be fine. I'd recommend purchasing through the app which is more reliable for tracking. I'd usually just take a screenie after purchase for proof, but for a large purchase like a TV, I'd probably record it all, from clicking through to purchase.

        @neosin You'd get around $400 back, as cashback isn't payable on GST.

      I'm guessing you're new to this, so I'll try to help 😊 "Cash Back" apps work by giving you cash back after you've purchased a product online via their app. Always be careful of the terms and conditions. And how you navigate through websites. Some purchases may 'track' but get declined later on. Rookie mistakes include using promo codes and gift cards that aren't approved i.e. void the cashback. The 'cash' is usually credited to your account months later.

      This was my concern as sometimes the amount you want is broken into smaller cards… and because you can only use a maximum of two cards.
      e.g. $2,000 = 10x$200 cards (in rewards gateway)
