  • The docking connector with 2 full size usb and ethernet is really cool, wish more legit tablets had that.

Otherwise looks pretty crap tbh, would be pretty slow with those specs

Do note that "VIA WM8650" is the CPU, but the product itself. 256MB memory, Android 2.2, 800MHz CPU with ARMv5 (ancient!!!) expect to be disappointed.

Seems like a bit of a lemon (www.katsbits.com/smforum/index.php?topic=249.0), but may be worth it for 60 bucks.

Lol basically my crappy phone with a 7" screen, great!…

  • i had a tablet years ago with the VIA 8650, very laggy, only for ebook reading and even then simple books, a complex pdf is out of the question, then again i paid ~$110 this is almost half that!

I see the name Focalprice and I can't close the tab quick enough. Never again.

  • Why would you bother?

  • I'm a little suspicious that they might be using "4G" instead of "4Gb" to be intentionally misleading….

Focalprice seems to specialise in end-of-life products. This is junk.

I recently bought an Onda Vi10 Elite 7" tablet, with A10 Allwinner CPU and nice 1028x600 screen, 8Gb, WiFi b/g/n, 4200mah battery and Android 4.0 installed. It works brilliantly so far, fast, has full Market, all apps work fine, plays all sorts of media, $135 delivered from RedTabletPC.

Twice the price, but actually useful and good to use.

    • I have one of these too. It's brilliant for its price! I highly recommend the vi10 elite if you're after a cheap Chinese tablet.

DO NOT BOTHER BUYING ANY THING OVER $5 FROM THEM!!!!
Order a tablet from them on 17/3/2012, still haven't received it!!!!
Complained, just asked to wait and wait and wait, never will give money back.

PayPal requires to issue a claim within 45 days after TRANSACTION. I think they just want to let me wait until 45 days passed, then ignore me completely.
    Polite but useless custom service!!!

    • Pls give me your order number, I'll ask the custom service to handle your order a.s.a.p.

    • I lodge my dispute after 3 weeks if my item hasn't arrived by then.
Sorry, but that's your own fault for not lodging it with PayPal earlier. They make no attempt to hide that information either.

      • Did I say I missed the PayPal claim deadline? Gonna do it tonight!

  • Don't buy from them!!!!

Ordered my tab for more than 45 days still hasn't receive it. Lodged Paypal dispute and took another 2 weeks to get my money back.

The are completely wasting your money and time. AVOID them!!!!

  • Very dodgy tablet and retailer as I bought one of these a while ago. The plastic screen cracked with no pressure at all and the wifi never worked but someone else had clearly been attempting to get it to work as there were a few chinese wi-fi sites added…aka a repackaged faulty. When I opened it up I found out why the wi-fi never worked, it wasn't plugged in and the glue had let go on the battery it was attached too so it was sliding around.
