Lol how did this get a neg for correcting the info in OP and providing the actual specs 🤣
Does anyone know what Android version does this run?
Android 9 (Pie) according to the link I just edited in
Cool, thanks for that. That would work with 7-eleven app that requires minimum Android 9.0. Now need to find out if the phone can be rooted.
What an ewaste of a phone.
What do you mean? Can't it handle basic use like calls, sms and checking Ozbargain?
mate not everyone can handle iphone these days
I'm pretty sure Telstra spends a lot of money on making their cheap devices as irritating as possible to use.
Rather than turning a good-to-excellent device into a "Telstra device" by disabling half of it's functionality to get less calls from boomers like they do normally.
Essential as in you need it or essential as in only has the essentials? Lol

this 2/32 format is just really limiting
i have the evoke model which is effectivelty the same but its 3/64 and its ok
the cpu gpu isnt the worst i've seen but its generous to say its mediocre
but overall what kind of phone are you getting for $60? not much so if you had to live with 2/32 you could i guess
I would wait for woolies to do run out deal for $10
My wife is using this as her temporary phone, since her Pixel 3 bricked with the EDL mode issue last week.
A few things to note:
- She uses it with a Boost sim, but mobile internet is super slow
- bluetooth basically doesn't work at all.
- You aren't able to install gcam on it.
Luckily she only paid $5 for it in a Woolies clearance, because that's pretty much what its worth.
Umm the Oppo A5 2020 has a 6.5" screen?
This is the Telstra phone, an outdated ZTE model
