    Bought this phone from amazon in november, unfortunately the microphone has stopped working. Talked to amazon through their chat and without any questions was allowed to return it for a full refund, they'll even refund me an extra $32 for return postage. Extremely easy and quick. Unfortunately this phone is now $~150 more on amazon than what I paid for it back then.. Was thinking about buying it from banggood/alix but doubt very much that they would have a similarly easy/quick refund process in case something goes wrong. Happy to be told I'm wrong

    Been waiting for the 8gb version to be cheap for a few weeks after I cracked the screen on my xiaomi Mi 9T. $428.92 paying with ING not too shabby a couple of days ago I was looking at $510ish from Banggood.

    Big problem with Bangbad is that stock levels are not in real time. Swapping a product for another supposedly in stock via their chat is useless based on a recent experience. Painful buying experience unless product ordered is physically in stock when despatch is scheduled. Otherwise be prepared to be highly frustrated.

    Got this phone and WiFi isn't working in was way that seems like a hardware issue, and now having super fun with banggood chat. Bummer I ordered this before the amazon deal.
