I'm waiting for the 4 for 3 deal on Serenity Plus again.

    • +1

They don't even do one of these for my car.

Wife has some serenity plus and no complaints

    • They had that deal in the December month last year, so it could be a while for another deal I guess.

    • Ecopia actually not bad, currently on my sedan and lower noise than the originals - think it was Turanza something. The advertised fuel saving isn't noticeable.

      • Currently got Ecopia on two cars and agree, am more than satisfied by the grip/duration/quietness of these.

Just thought the consensus was Serenity Plus were better, so was holding out to maybe get those next time around, but I guess would be happy to have Ecopia again.

  • When I see these deals, I just roll with it.

I'm getting tyred of these puns. They're wheely bad!

  • Shame you have to contact them to get the price.

Once you've selected a store, you can view the price including discount online (when you've added the tyres and view in shopping-cart) .

    • About $192 per corner before discount, at least for me.

  • Are these tyres any good? Any good tyre recommendations for a mid-size SUV?

  • What’s the recommended Bridgestone sports tyre to get?

I have a hot hatch (apparently).

    • They had 10% off sport tyre yesterday.

Got same deal in Costco, same is cheaper

    • +1

they sell Bridgestone tyres at Costco?

      • +2

Yep, pretty decent package of services included too, worthwhile if already a member.

  • Ahh knew this deal was coming after the potenza, seems to just be reoccurring regularly.

  • Im getting Kumho for my SUV from Bob Jane after using price beaten (price match + 10% off).

    • How does that work with different brands?

      • Nope, it has to be identical product with identical detail. I found the product online - ww.eagletyres.com.au.

then requested for price beaten with Bob Jane. It would take up to 48 hours to approve the requested.

Once approval, they gave new price including price beaten policy.

        • I am not a car racer, just want to replace identical old tyres.
        • Did you receive any response from Bob Jane?
I submitted a price match request 2 days ago, but still waiting.

          • @OZBsince2018: Hello,

Yes I got a reply from Bob Jane and they were happy with price match + 10% discount. Got new tyres 2 weeks ago, no issue.

          • @OZBsince2018: Here is the email from one of Bob Jane stores.

            "Hi (Squid Game Executor),

Yes, head office have approved so price will be $166.70 each Tyre.

Original price $203 , competitor price is $170 so difference of $33 a Tyre

            10% of $33 = $3.30 a Tyre

Looks like still out of stock so I can check to see when they will be available."

Bridgestone deals like this are not what they used to be. They would offer serious savings but now the base price is inflated when you look at competitors.

I needed new tyres and got some yesterday (215 45 R17)
    Bridgestone options $175-$209

Ended up with Continental MaxContact MC6 at $132 each (and you get $100 off on top if you buy 4)
    https://www.bobjane.com.au/a/215-45r17-tyres/continental/max…

At the price I paid for the Bridgestones would have to be buy 2 get 2 free to even be in the running…

Cheaper than Tempe Tyres doesnt happen often - almost think it's an incorrect price on the website :)
