    I have one of these (as well as a Max GL30). It's actually really quite good for what it is.
    As long as you're not too heavy it accelerates pretty quickly to its top speed of 20km/h. (My ~40kg kids find it very powerful). Range is decent if you're not using it for the whole journey into work (took mine out for a ~5km ride the other night, still had more than 50% battery remaining). Suspension is nonexistent.
    It is so light and easy to carry that I find I take it more places with me than the Max. It's easier to get in and out of the car so I often use it for the ride between the carpark and work.
    I'd be happy to buy one again, but probably not as my only scooter.

      How does it go for you? I'm 80kg and 186cm tall. I wanted one to speed up travel to work since I take the train.

      Most of the scooters I see are usually a little bigger then they need to be for that purpose and bulky, this one seems small enough you can put it away somewhere quiet and charge it at work.

      This seems ideal for what I need but I don't want a scooter that feels midget in my hands or struggles up a tiny hill with 80kg on it.

        I'm 70kg and it feels "quick enough" for me. It does slow down going up small hills, and you need to push yourself up larger hills (say, >10% gradient), but because it's flatter to the ground than most other scooters, it's easy to push.

        It's not as fast as the Max, but if you're on shared footpaths anyway you don't usually get to travel at 25km/h. Yes it's slower but then the situation doesn't usually allow for speed anyway.

        For the last 1-3km between a train station and home/work, over smooth surfaces, this would do fine.

        For a longer distance, or higher speed, or over rough surfaces, you want a different scooter (but that will also be much heavier and less portable).

    20kmh seems abit slow for my liking, anything 35kmh?

      The Max G30 and G30L can be very easily hacked to go up to 30km/h (the change-serial-number hack)

      With a bit more tweaking, an Android phone, and a bit of luck, you can push it further (up to 35km/h) I think, but you lose the ability to update firmware with that hack.

      Of course, any mode which exceeds 25km/h should be reserved for private roads etc

    So reading a few comments here I'm not sure how this will go.

    I'm 100-110kg and I have a 2-3km trip from home to the train station, with an elevation gain of 50m.

    If I was a bit lighter this would be a no-brainer, but has anyone 100+ kgs ridden one of these? Will it get me through this short trip and back?
