      According to the ACCC wholesale prices vary from 3.50 to 11.50. So some will never be anywhere near $10 for now.
      No idea where this one falls in that range.

      The price gouging rule described in that media release doesn't apply to retailers that order tests wholesale and sell them to the public. It only applies to a person who buys them in a retail transaction and tries to resell them.
