Not a fan of menu log. Had multiple ocasions where we needed to rely on their customer support and they are like an insurance company. They will dodge duck and weave at any chance they can.
We were feeling a large hsp. Got sent one kebab instead. Informed driver who advised to contact restaurant (who had no number). We asked for a full refund but they still wanted to charge us delivery for something we didn't order.
The other time we ordered KFC and waited 1.5 hrs for nothing to come. Could have been a driver problem (who knows) but once again their customer service try to weasle out of refunds.
